His elite explosion and dribbling quickness set him apart, allowing him to navigate the floor with precision and authority. Wheeler was great at attacking the middle of the floor, using his exceptional speed to turn the corner and penetrate the defense, where he was fantastic at drawing fouls or finishing layups through traffic. Wheeler also displayed deep range, showcasing a sharp pull-up on his three-pointers with fluid rhythm, exploiting any defensive lapses as soon as his defender went under the screen or dropped their hands. Opposing defenses feared his court vision, ability to create for others, and drive and kick prowess to the point that it opened driving lanes for Wheeler to penetrate with ease.
Jaden Toombs Jaden Toombs 6’9″ | C Dynamic Prep Academy | 2025 State #103 Nation TX played with an undeniable post presence, consistently asserting himself on the block offensively. Toombs showed the awareness of posting up down low, establishing deep positioning in the center of the lane early in transition, often resulting in quick points before the defense could fully set up. Toombs utilized his high basketball IQ in the post, sealing off his defender and creating space near the basket play after play. Jaden’s ability to command attention in the paint added a significant dimension to his Drive Nation’s offensive attack, as he went unmatched, remaining a constant scoring option near the rim.
BJ Gill BJ Gill TX proved to be a remarkable angle creator with a crafty knack for shifting his defender to his advantage. Gill excelled at taking his defender right, only to swiftly bring it back to his dominant left hand where he showcased his dynamic ability to penetrate the lane. Gill’s quick twitch movements and tight handles were key assets to his deep offensive arsenal, allowing him to maintain separation from defenders, and consistently keep them off balance. His combination of skills made him a true offensive threat, capable of breaking down defenses for paint touches and creating scoring opportunities for himself and his teammates.
Standing at 6’8″ with impressive run and jump athleticism in the open court, and elite physical tools, including an unbelievable wingspan and standing reach, Amari Reed Amari Reed 6’8″ | PF Lancaster | 2025 State #203 Nation TX controlled the paint unlike many others. His imposing presence made him a game-changing force to be reckoned with in the paint. Reed was quick to box out anytime the shot went up, consistently positioning himself for rebounds and often leading to putback points. His exceptional first and second jump gave him an advantage on the boards, allowing him to snatch rebounds and immediately go back up with power, finishing above the rim with intensity.
Knockdown three-point shooter with his feet set no matter the distance he fired from. Courtney Rattiffe Courtney Rattiffe 6’0″ | CG Stony Point | 2025 TX ‘s three-point shooting proficiency made him a constant scoring option on the perimeter. His shooting mechanics were smooth, consistent, with a quick release, and good elevation. Rattiffe found open spots on the wings and the corners as he passed and relocated, looking to capitalize on defensive breakdowns to nail timely perimeter shots within the flow of the game.
