Black is a long, strong forward who changes shots near the rim. He likes to work for putback buckets after grabbing rebounds, also decent at passing out of the post when chances occur. Plays well roaming the paint on defense guarding the bigs. Good at sealing off and boxing opponents out. He uses his size and strength well and shows some signs of footwork in post up situations. Sets good screens and isn’t stagnant on court, moving with purpose to space.
Highlights
Ryker is one of those guys that does it all as a guard. He can give you 3 level scoring but can turn into a passer. He makes free throws consistently, too. He can give you spot up shooting or off the dribble attacking downhill. Plays well off a screen and makes good reads to limit turnovers. Active hands on defense, will deny ball with good effort, looking for steals in the passing lane. A selfless guard that will fill the role asked for the betterment of the team. I would love to see him turn into a serious 3-point shooter, showing signs that he can and will knock them down with attempts.
Ashton Hudson
Ashton Hudson
Ashton is an active defender who guards the perimeter and a nice secondary ball handler. He gets into the passing lanes to grab steals with deceptive speed. Great at beating guys to their spot to stop drives and instincts that you just can’t teach. A quick decision maker with some decent court vision. Hustles to every loose ball, scrappy and extremely tough. He put on a good showing scoring in transition accurately with trailing defenders. unselfish player who can also knock down shots when needed. No stranger to scoring he can get to the lane and foul line.
Roufei Longvi
Roufei Longvi
Roufei is a smart pass first guard. He likes to set teammates up and drop assists off, as well as direct traffic under pressure. Although he likes to get everyone involved, he can lock in and score around the rim through contact. If he’s attacking, he can get aggressive and get defenders on their heels with a nice hesitation or stiff in and out, a decent set of ball handling moves to create opportunities. He plays well off two feet making moves to slide in tough spaces.
Daniel is a solid ball handler that is always looking to improve the flow of the offense. Taking control of setting up offensive sets and feeding teammates is one of his best skills. He isn’t one to play down to the level of competition, keeping a consistent approach each game. He can match his assists and points equally, not too focused on one or the other taking what the game gives. He is a decent defender that slides his feet quickly and keeps good posture to not let guards blow by easily.
