Arnas Simaitis ( Full Package 17U)
Simaitis started the tournament off with a bang on Friday night! The 6’6” face up four from Lake Forest Academy was outstanding getting on the offensive glass for put backs throughout the game. Quick second jump. Can handle the ball facing up putting it on the deck. Showed some playmaking as a passer. Defensive versatility as well. New 2025 to track.
Colin Stack Colin Stack 6'9" | C Benet | 2026 State IL ( Full Package 17U)
Stack started their game off Friday swatting a shot a couple inches from my head. That is what the Benet 2026 does best. He is a high level rim protector with legit size. Rebounds well in his area getting put backs on the offensive end and is a force on the other end with his defensive rebounding along with shot blocking.
Aidan Anderson Aidan Anderson 6'9" | C Okawville | 2025 State IL ( Illinois Bears 17U)
Anderson was dominant all weekend as the Okawville product recorded double doubles in bunches! Outstanding area rebounder on both ends. Got put backs on the offensive end. Also scored on seals, fundamentally sound moves on the block, getting to the line, and even stretch for a three which was something we hadn’t previously seen from him. Rim protector on the defensive end. Might be working his way into D2 consideration!
Race Hickey Race Hickey 6'10" | C Marion | 2025 IL ( Illinois Bears 17U)
Hickey is one of the tallest prospects in the state. He is thin, but has added strength over the last year. What we liked about him over the weekend was how well he rebounded and competed on the defensive end. Swatted shots and rebounded when the opportunities presented themselves. Runs the floor pretty well and gets on the offensive glass for put backs.
Ty Laur Ty Laur 6'6" | C Pinckneyville | 2026 State IL ( Illinois Bears 16U)
Laur is an emerging 2025 post from Pinckneyville. The 6’6” post who has a baby face is going to continue to grow. What we like most about him is his overall skill set. Advanced post moves and footwork around the hoop. He also is a great passer as he showed in the game we caught on the final day where he sliced the defense up with his passing out of the high-post finding cutters over and over again.
