He was held in check in the championship loss to Valley, but his strong two-way play earned him a spot on the 4A All-Tournament team.

The versatile 6-6 forward showed his ability to score inside and out as well as defend multiple positions in the Cougars' three games last week. His first quarter against Ankeny, scoring 13 points in the frame, was one of the best individual stretches of play that any player, in any class, had last week.

Davis shook off an up-and-down quarterfinal game to put together a strong all-around week for the Pirates, helping lead them to a runner-up finish. The active 6-5 forward is a tremendous free throw shooter, which is huge for his team as he gets fouled frequently with his activity around the rim.
