There is a lot of talented individual players that are looking at leading their teams to a state championship. We’re going to give you 1 junior to watch from each of the teams remaining in the D1 bracket.
This one seems kind of obvious. McKenney is a top notch player and prospect on a national scale. His work ethic and team before me approach to this high school game reminds me a lot of Ty Rodgers.
Williams has had a breakout season of sorts. I mean we all knew he was talented, but he’s taken his floor leadership and passing to a whole new level. College coaches that want an elite passer should probably tune in.
Johnson is a very exciting junior prospect. He’s an elite athlete, but he basis his game around his grit and toughness. Johnson can pick up big buckets through contact. He’s also a solid rebounder off the wing.
Khi Anderson

Zeeland West has a handful of big name seniors, but remember this name when the quarterfinal game tips off. Anderson is an athletic guard that brings a lot of energy and pressure on the defensive end. He sees the floor very well defensively.
McDowell is a quickly rising prospect. He’s a smooth pass first lead guard that can be dangerous with the ball in the open floor. McDowell can be creative with the ball, leading to scoring chances for himself and his teammates.
Highlights
Meltser is a player that probably deserves more press. He’s a solid and steady guard that plays with a high basketball IQ and gets the ball to it’s spots. Meltser has hit some big buckets and scored some key points this year.
Highlights
Hutson has really developed his game nicely and he’s become comfortable with his athletic abilities. He’s a true scoring threat from all 3 levels, featuring one of the best mid range games I’ve seen this season.
