Meltser is very underrated as a player, and especially as a defender. He has very quick and soft feet and has the ability to simply beat an opponent to a spot. It’s very tough to find a lane on a player like Meltser that just beats you to it. He consistently picks up key stops on the defensive end.

Meltser is a do-it-all old fashioned lead guard. He has consistently made big plays on both ends of the floor. Meltser doesn’t need or use flash on the defensive end. He uses positioning and defensive angles to get big stops on that end of the floor. Meltser will be tough to score on this coming season.
