In addition to the prospect's talent level, a few other factors went into compiling this group of players. Items such as strength of regular season schedule, the skill level of key teammates and potential matchups in the 6A bracket were among the other factors considered.

[player_tooltip player_id='1189096' first='Jalil' last='Bethea'] – 6'3” / 2024 / Archbishop Wood / [program_tooltip program_id='2078709' first='Team' last='Final'] EYBL / Shooting Guard: This Miami Hurricanes commit was the 2023-24 Co-MVP of the PCL after he averaged 23 points and 7 rebounds per game while shooting 36% from three. This season Bethea torched Centennial (CA) for 40 points and poured in 36 points (5 triples) in a win over LaSalle. He is a three-level scoring machine and can carry a team for a stretch of games. But with a talented and experienced (6A semis appearance in 2023) supporting cast that includes [player_tooltip player_id='1483181' first='Josh' last='Reed'] (Drexel commit), Bethea will not need to be solo act in the 6A state tournament.

Roadblock: Potential 2nd Rd. Game vs. District 1 Champion Lower Merion

[player_tooltip player_id='1123885' first='Nick' last='Coval'] – 6'2” / 2024 / Parkland / [program_tooltip program_id='2078709' first='Team' last='Final'] EYBL / Shooting Guard: Coval is a career 2,000-points scorer as well as a 1st Team 6A All-State selection (2023) and is committed to Davidson. During his senior campaign Coval averaged 22 ppg. and drained 70 triples as he pushed Parkland to the District 1-6A title for the second consecutive year. He registered a season high 34 points (7 threes) vs. Northampton. Coval can score from anywhere on the court and with some help from teammates like guard [player_tooltip player_id='2322849' first='Jayden' last='Thomas'] and forward [player_tooltip player_id='1188232' first='Zaire' last='Smaltz'], we believe he can take Parkland deep into the 6A tourney.

Roadblock: Potential quarterfinals matchup with Roman Catholic

[player_tooltip player_id='1589404' first='Connor' last='Fleet'] – 6'1″ / 2024 / [program_tooltip program_id='2078678' first='East' last='Coast Power'] / Combo Guard: We have frequently referred to Fleet as “a walking bucket” and during the 2024 post season he continued to live up to that description. In the District 1-6A quarterfinals Fleet poured in 26 points (3 triples). Then in the semifinals Fleet rang up 21 points (2 threes). He is a member of the career 1,000-point club who can produce points in the mid-range, at the rim and from behind the arc. His knack for converting on shots with a high degree of difficulty is unique. Fleet and fellow 2024 standout [player_tooltip player_id='1589269' first='Nyle' last='Ralph-Beyer'] (Sacred Heart commit) give Henderson an unstoppable one-two punch.

[player_tooltip player_id='1850287' first='Zuri' last='Harris'] – 5'11” / 2024 / PA Coalition / Combo Guard: On offense Harris is a triple threat guard. He can score of the bounce, hit jumpers, and facilitate for teammates. At the other end, his incredible energy and quick hands make him a plus defensive player. This post season Harris has been outstanding. He was the hero of Coatesville's Ches-Mont championship game win (22 pts. & 7 rebs.) and averaged 15.5 ppg. across Coatesville's District 1-6A tournament games. In the state tourney, Harris will get tremendous support from backcourt partners [player_tooltip player_id='1990914' first='Dior' last='Kennedy'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1379430' first='Amon' last='Fowlkes'] as well as forward [player_tooltip player_id='1576717' first='Larry' last='Brown'].

Roadblock: Potential 2nd Round matchup with Reading or Chester

[player_tooltip player_id='1188620' first='Shareef' last='Jackson'] – 6'8″ / 2025 / Roman Catholic / NJ Scholars Elite / Power Forward: In 2023-24 Jackson averaged 17.5 points, 10.6 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.6 blocks per game. He was a 1st Team All-PCL selection and pushed Roman to the 2023-24 PCL tournament title. His mid-range game is extremely polished, and he owns an unstoppable low post skill set. We know Roman will be missing two key players because of PIAA eligibility rulings, but college prospects Sebastian Edwards, [player_tooltip player_id='2235976' first='Hunter' last='Johnson'], [player_tooltip player_id='1990918' first='Robert' last='Cottrell'], and [player_tooltip player_id='1406768' first='Sammy' last='Jackson'] will take the floor with Shareef. So, we still like their chances of making a run to the 6A title.

Roadblock: Potential semifinals matchup with Archbishop Wood

[player_tooltip player_id='1850321' first='John' last='Mobley'] – 6'2” / 2024 / Lower Merion / LM Wildcats / Wing: During the regular season, this 1st Team All-Central League selection was the third leading scorer on LM (13 ppg.). But in the Aces run to the District 1-6A title, Mobley got hot from deep and raised that stat line to 16 points per contest. He posted 17 points & 11 boards in the District 1-6A championship game. In addition to splashing jumpers, Mobley is a creative transition scorer and will slash to the hoop for a bucket. A lineup of Mobley combined with LM's other standout guards and small forward [player_tooltip player_id='1123894' first='Jayden' last='Robinson'] will present serious matchup issues for state tourney opponents.
