Here is the 2024 1A Div. I All-Tournament Team:

PG – (tie) [player_tooltip player_id='2387806' first='Aidan' last='Page'], 5-foot-11 guard, 2024, Bishop Seabury and Breckyn McGuire, 5-foot-10 guard, 2027, Olpe:

Here are two guys at the opposite ends of their careers. Page has missed out on a lot of media coverage, but he has developed into a really fine guard. His tournament numbers deserve to be highlighted: 19-31 shooting, 50 points over three games. While Page wrapped up his high school career and will head to play at Rockhurst, McGuire is just getting started. When Olpe needed new players to step up, McGuire seized the opportunity and impressed everyone at Colby. He handled the ball, ran the offense, defended bigger, older opponents, and hit big shots. He knocked down 7 threes and tallied 48 points in the tourney.

SG – [player_tooltip player_id='1962895' first='Jace' last='Smith'], 6-foot-3 guard, 2025, Bishop Seabury (pictured):

We became big fans of Smith last summer, so we expected him to have a big senior year. And we weren't surprised he led Seabury to the brink of a championship. As the challenges at the tournament grew stiffer, it was Smith who took on a bigger and bigger load, trying to get the Seahawks over the hump. He went for 26 points in the final game. He's a big ball handler and distributer who will be one of the best guards in the small schools next year.

SF – (tie) [player_tooltip player_id='2403178' first='Gavin' last='Wahl'], 6-foot forward, 2026, South Gray, and [player_tooltip player_id='2387779' first='Dominic' last='Martin'], 6-foot forward, 2024, South Gray:

We paired these two here to celebrate their role in the championship run. While everyone expected their teammate [player_tooltip player_id='1953933' first='Joey' last='Dyck'] to have a huge tournament, he wasn't going to be able to do it alone. Wahl and Martin stepped up in a huge way. They handled the ball, defended and rebounded, and they took scoring pressure off Dyck. Wahl hit 10-17 from deep and racked up 50 points in the three-game run. Martin added 45 points and was huge against Olpe with 24.

PF – [player_tooltip player_id='1953933' first='Joey' last='Dyck'], 6-foot-2 forward, 2024, South Gray:

In two years, Dyck has shown himself to be a prime time player. When the lights are brightest, this guy is ultra-productive. His numbers took a bit of a dip when he ran into foul trouble against Olpe. Still he finished averaging 22 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the tournament. In the championship, against a big and athletic Seabury team, his numbers were 26, 14 and 7. His two year run at the tourney won't soon be forgotten.

C – (tie) [player_tooltip player_id='1799266' first='Chase' last='Honarvar'], 6-foot-7 center, 2025, Bishop Seabury, and [player_tooltip player_id='2387789' first='Blake' last='Skalsky'], 6-foot-5 center, 2024, Olpe:

We grouped these two together because they were essentially the only big men to advance past the first round, and they were both huge, both literally and figuratively. Honarvar's size was a real problem for the Seahawks' opponents. He clogged the lane and threatened shooters. At the offensive end, he was efficient. He hit 25-40 attempts, 5-6 from the line, and got 56 points. Skalsky was similarly productive, with 23-35 from the field,11-15 from the line for 57 points. He also racked up 19 rebounds for the three games.

Second Team:

PG – Trace Kinderknecht, 5-foot-9 guard, 2024, Quinter

SG – (tie) [player_tooltip player_id='2328080' first='Jace' last='Hoffman'], 5-foot-11 guard, Bishop Seabury, and Avery Briggs, 5-foot-10 guard, 2024, Quinter

SF – [player_tooltip player_id='2169850' first='Jack' last='Skocny'], 6-foot-1 guard, 2025, Clifton-Clyde

PF – [player_tooltip player_id='2393823' first='Shea' last='Salyers'], 6-foot-2 forward, 2025, Quinter

C – Logan Skillett, 6-foot-6 center, 2024, Lacrosse
