The Expo was a great opportunity to see the 2A rising star Smith against competition from bigger schools. He’s got good size for a guard and is capable of taking opponents into the lane and muscling up. He’s a smooth, skilled player who is a threat to go end to end with the ball and make plays at high speed. He is a good athlete who makes things look easy. As a point guard, his eyes are always up, getting his teammates the ball in good position. Smith showed he can play with anyone, from any level.
