Honarvar provided a consistent interior presence for his team. He has good length and is a great rim protector. In the post, he’s a solid on ball defender. Honarvar is also an effective help side defender, capable of blocking what would usually be routine layups. Offensively, Honarvar did most of his damage from the interior. He hit the offensive glass hard and showed he’s a capable scorer on the low block.

In 2023-24, Honarvar combined great timing, exceptional length, and patience into one of the highest block totals in the nation. He excels at getting blocks when opposing players try to play off two feet. He’s hard to shake and has a long wingspan, meaning he can reach just about any shot in his area.
