Naeem Colston Naeem Colston 6'5" | PF Samuel Fels | 2024 State PA – 6’5” / 2024 / Samuel Fels / Mt. Pleasant Bulldogs / Small Forward: With His speed, athleticism, and solid handles Colston is a transition phenom who frequently finishes with authority. Colston is also a mid-range assassin with a nice turnaround jumper. Plus, he can play bully ball down low. Late last month, Colston notched 30 points in victory against Northeast.
Luke Fryer Luke Fryer 5'11" | CG Owen J Roberts | 2024 State PA – 5’11” / 2024 / Owen J Roberts / Philly Pride / Combo Guard: This 1,000-point scorer is one of the most feared bucket getters in the area. Fryer proved that again in late January when he pumped in 30 points (4 threes) against a tough Spring Ford squad (No. 4 ranked team in D1-6A). Fryer is averaging 25 ppg. and has multiple 30-point performances this season.
Darrius Gaeta Darrius Gaeta 6'1" | CG Northeast | 2024 State PA – 6’1” / 2024 / Northeast / Team DPS / Combo Guard: Gaetacontinues to assemble a monster senior campaign and has become one of SEPA’s biggestC/O2024 stock risers. His latest outstanding performance was a 29-point effort against Engineering & Sciences. In that contest Gaeta hit 4 threes and scored off the dribble consistently.
Greg Guidinger Greg Guidinger 6'6" | SF Central York | 2024 State PA – 6’6″ / 2024 / Central York / Philly Pride UAA / Shooting Guard: Guidinger (2nd Team 6A All-State last season) continues to rack up 30-spots here in the 2023-24 season. His latest victim was a talented Central Dauphin squad. Against CD, Guidinger drilled 5 triples on his way to 34 points. This three-level scoring machine already holds a nice pile of DI / D2 offers.
Jamal Hicks Jr Jamal Hicks Jr 6'2" | CG William Penn Charter | 2025 State PA – 6’2″ / 2025 / Penn Charter / Philly Pride Select / Combo Guard: Hicks is having a breakout junior season and hopefully college coaches are paying attention. He is a versatile guard with the skills to score at every level and facilitate for teammates. Hicks is an underrated offensive rebounder too. At the end of January, he torched ANC for 27 points (5 treys).
Kevair Kennedy Kevair Kennedy 6'1" | PG Father Judge | 2025 State PA – 6’1″ / 2025 / Father Judge / Philly Pride UAA / Combo Guard: This quick and instinctive dribble drive wizard closed the month of January on a tear. Across four games at the end of the month Kennedy averaged 18.8 points per contest. Included in this stretch of stellar play by Kennedy was an outstanding 26 points (1 three) and 6 dimes performance vs. Bonner& Prendergast.
Malachi Montgomery – 6’0″ / 2024 / Abraham Lincoln / Team Aztecs / Combo Guard: Montgomery is a lefty who can score in transition and hit threes. His bag of dribble drive moves is deep, so he also excels at creating for himself and teammates off the bounce. All these skills were on display last week when Montgomery hit for 35 points in Lincoln’s upset of Constitution.
Tyler Nolan Tyler Nolan 5'11" | CG Germantown Academy | 2025 State PA – 6’1” / 2025 / Germantown Academy / Next Play / Wing: Nolan’s reputation as a skilled “3&D” wing was further solidified in a recent game against Malvern Prep. In that contest Nolan laced 5 threes as he recorded 25 points overall. Nolan can also run as a secondary ball handler. We believe he is just scratching the surface of his potential.
Rylan Muniz – 5’11” / 2024 / Executive EACS / Philly Pride / Combo Guard: Muniz was quietly having a fantastic senior season. But after the way he closed out January we are not sure he will be flying under the radar any longer. First, Muniz drilled a school record 10 threes against Sankofa Freedom Academy as he poured in 37 points. As an encore, Muniz scored 25 points (7 triples) in a win over Cristo Rey. In addition to knocking home threes, Muniz is a blur in transition who can score or distribute.
Quinn O’Hara – 5’10” / 2024 / Garnet Valley / PSB Philly / Combo Guard: O’Hara is an impressive 3-point shooter with significant ball / head fake skills. He can use those moves to set up attacks on the rim or side dribbles into an open look from deep. Near the end of January, O’Hara dropped 28 points on the strength of 6 made threes in a win over Ridley.
Bryce Rollerson Bryce Rollerson 5'11" | PG Germantown Academy | 2025 State PA – 5’11” / 2025 / Germantown Academy / Eastern PA Elite / Point Guard: This season Rollerson is making a compelling case for the Inter-AC POY award. That trend continued during the last week of January as this 3-level scoring floor general recorded an extraordinary 36-point night in a win over SCHA.
Kevin Rucker Kevin Rucker 6'5" | SG Bonner-Prendergast | 2024 State PA – 6’6” / 2024 / Bonner& Prendergast / We R1 / Power Forward: Rucker is a long, athletic, and bouncy two-way prospect. In a recent win over Father Judge, Rucker used his feathery jumper and ability to finish in transition to post 28 points (2 threes). He grabbed 7 boards in that contest as well. Next, Rucker registered 24 points (2 treys) vs. Archbishop Wood.
