He's averaging 15.0 PPG and 9.6 RPG, first in the conference and led the way in double-doubles this season with nine. He's an undersized forward prospect at 6-foot-4, but he's also shown he can step on the perimeter and operate off the bounce and as a shooter. He's a prospect for DIII and JUCO programs in the region to get eyes on and a solid candidate for Player of the Year.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {"level":4} --> <h4 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='1990376' first='Jonah' last='Holt'], Swansboro</h4> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Holt was probably one of the biggest head turners this past summer on the grassroots scene and he's kept his buzz going with a breakout season on the varsity stage with Swansboro High. He ranks second in the Coastal in scoring with 16.4 PPG on 54 percent shooting from the floor. He's one big reason for their unbeaten record at 9-0 in the conference standings heading into the final week and one of a few talented junior prospects in their rotation to get eyes on.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {"level":4} --> <h4 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='1076356' first='Derrick' last='Benbow Jr'], White Oak</h4> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Benbow was a new addition to the White Oak rotation this season and he's proven to be effective for them in adding yet another weapon in their backcourt. He ranks third in the conference in scoring per game with 15.8 PPG to go along with 4.1 RPG, 2.4 SPG and 2.1 APG on 50 percent shooting from the field and 41 percent shooting from behind the arc. He's an athletic combo guard for DII, DIII and JUCO programs to get eyes on as an unsigned senior.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {"level":4} --> <h4 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='1361282' first='Jermaine' last='Cunningham'], Swansboro</h4> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Cunningham has come a long way and really sharpened his game to show he can operate at either guard role with other talented names around him. He's putting up 14.9 PPG on 51 percent shooting from the floor while also producing 4.6 APG, second in the conference, 7.5 RPG, sixth in the conference, and 2.5 SPG, tied for first in the conference. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {"level":4} --> <h4 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='2298572' first='Trey' last='Jones'], Croatan</h4> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The final name in a list of five talented names in the Coastal Conference, Jones is a dark horse to take home Player of the Year honors for the young, upstart Croatan High lineup. He led the Coastal in scoring with 19.5 PPG on 46 percent shooting from the floor and 34 percent shooting from deep. He's a young junior guard who's starting to make a name for himself in a tough conference.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
