Kalen Murphy
Kalen Murphy
Murphy is a tough and physical wing who finished well through contact and played bigger than he actually is. He rebounded well against a bigger Christ the King frontcourt and showed that he can guard multiple positions.
Iona Prep’s 2027 class is looking very good in the early going and fellow wing Tommy Wolf Tommy Wolf 6’0″ | SG Iona Prep | 2027 NY was just as impressive on Sunday. Kmetz is a 6-foot-3 shooting guard with range past the three point line and the ability to put the ball on the floor a bit.
Belizaire scored some clutch baskets and hit timely free throws down the stretch in their win vs Stepinac. He was able to slash to the rim and either draw contact or finish. He has the tools to grow into a versatile and effective defender as well.
Christian Brown
Christian Brown
Brown is an intriguing long-term prospect with good athleticism and the ability to stop and pop. He hit several shots rising up over his defender off the bounce and got off the floor and into his shot quickly. He also showed some skill as a secondary creator. He will be a name to monitor moving forward.
Noah Ferguson

Although Stepinac would fall to Xaverian, Ferguson showed flashes of his offensive arsenal, knocking down a couple of long range bombs. He also rebounded the ball well for a wing and looks like he should grow a bit more before he hits the college ranks.
