There were 8 games played, of the games played 7 were regular high school. One of the featured games was Prolific Prep, CA against Dream City Christian from Arizona. These prospects were chosen from the winning team, as Player of the Game by scouts and media in attendance.
He’s one of the better shooters on his team, having a shot he can hit from different spots on the court. He dropped a couple from the short corners, spotted up well in the corners for catch 3’s. He’ll drop a 3ptr in transition. He fills lanes in transition finishing with a euro step, or taking contact to finish strong at the rim. He’s a growing body with a frame to fill at 6’4 he’ll help with rebounding, 21pts, 7rebs.
Highlights
After a slow start he stepped up his scoring finishing with a game high 20pts. He’s a rising prospect in this class that continues to play good all around basketball for his team. If there’s a sleeper he might fit the role. He’s a solid body with an improving skill set for the guard position. His strength and movements on both ends help. He’s hitting the short jumper with good lift, and a hand in face. He’s taking and making 3’s (3 in this game). He’s a solid defender.
He’s a top point guard in NorCal regardless of class, and rising rapidly in California. On this team his versatile skill set comes into play, often working off ball producing points in a variety of ways. He’s got that quick twitch that makes him difficult to deal with up top, on the sides, and in transition. At 6’1 he has a vertical jump that keeps rising. His 26pts, 5rebs, 4asts, and 2 stls led the team.

He had his point guard skills on display early and often, making sure to get his mates involved before taking things into owns hands in the scoring department. He used his dribble, vision, along with decision making to attack the paint putting it high on the glass, attack defenders finding open shooters, and making defenders fight through multiple screens with his movements. The unsigned Senior had an efficient 25pts, 4rebs, 4asts,
NorCal’s top point guard on the top team in NorCal put 12pts on the board giving his team balance, and needed scoring in a closely contested game against one of Arizonas top teams. He had key drives into the paint including a left handed scoop that went in. With all that he does facilitating in the offense, he might be underrated as a defender. He has good length, he’s stronger than he looks. His help and alertness on defense generated 5 steals that were passed ahead for points.
Highlights
A quality guard with good size and skills, he’ll be at Washington next season. He has speed, plays at a good pace. He goes up and down the court attacking defenders off the dribble, getting into the lane, he’ll change directions, turn the corners, and finish high off the glass over taller defenders. He’s a good rebounding guard, keeps the ball live, he doesn’t mind mixing it up with the bigs going for rebounds. He gets it done on both ends of the court. 21pts 4rebs
He’s has a quality set of skills he’ll continue to sharpen as he preps for the next level. He’s going to St. Mary’s. He makes open shots from mid-range out past the 3 point line. He’ll use a dribble or two to create space for more shots. He’s a high flyer in transition looking for lobs, and dunks to finish at the rim. At 6’8 he’ll use a turnaround jumper in the paint to get his shot off over bigs. He’s a willing passer. 24pts, 4rebs, 3asts.
He got off to a hot start finishing around the rim, receiving passes on the cut, and using a dribble or two getting closer to the rim for buckets. He’s using good foot work, and a solid body to put the ball in the basket. He has a good touch off the glass. He’s on an upward path as he continues to sharpen his ball handling, passing, and shooting out on the perimeter. He did knock down a couple of open 3 shots.
