Because of these unique formats, we’ve seen many matchups that would have never appeared on an official schedule. At all of these events the Class of 2024 is littered with kids continuing to get better and looking to finish the season strong.
We’ve compiled a list of some Bigs and Guards in the Class of 2024, whose stock continues to rise midway through the season. In the last couple of weeks, each of these players have contributed to winning in major ways. All of which, will be catalysts for their teams down the stretch of this season. But without further ado, let’s take a look at some of the 2024 midseason stock risers.

Tristan Burth Tristan Burth 6'5" | PF Stevenson | 2025 State NY
Tristan Burth Tristan Burth 6’5″ | PF Stevenson | 2025 State NY is a double-double machine for Stevenson. At midway through the season, Burth is averaging 15pts and 15reb a game in a strong AAAA PSAL division. His tenacity around the glass and willingness to bump down low, wears down opponents throughout the game. When fed the ball in the low post, Burth has good footwork and uses his long arms to shoot over defenders. For Stevenson, Burth is a leader in the middle of the defense, constantly talking and helping his teammates.
Quentin Richardson is the point guard at the helm for John F. Kennedy Campus and this season is leading his team in assists. Besides finding open teammates, Richardson can also put the ball in the bucket himself. On catch and shoot attempts, Richardson shoots the ball at a decent clip. But because of his quickness and ball handling skills, Richardson does a lot of damage in the midrange and getting to the rim. Richardson is a guard, defenders cannot lose track of on the basketball court because he’s a threat from everywhere.
Devin Dillon
Devin Dillon
Devin Dillon keeps his head on a swivel and moves really well without the ball for a lead guard. Because of his unselfish play, Dillon creates easy opportunities for himself as well as his teammates. When the ball doesn’t stick to any one players’ hands, good things happen. And for Chaminade, Dillon is often the driving factor for making those things happen. Dillon is also a smart defender, and gets a lot of blocks for his size.
Jago Robinson
Jago Robinson
Jago Robinson is an athletic guard who gets to the rim at will. Because of his relentless nature, Robinson is a solid defender and doesn’t give up on plays. We really like Robinson’s aggressiveness and it shines the most when he’s going through contact for acrobatic layups. For South Shore, Robinson is also adding up his assists, even without being their primary ball handler.
Mohamed Diarrisso
Mohamed Diarrisso
Mohamed Diarrisso is John F Kennedy’s leading scorer and rebounder, plus he is a handful around the basket. Using his length and athleticism, Diarrisso can get to the rim using a few dribbles. Plus, Diarrisso has the willingness to bump with bigger bodies in the post. When we seen Diarrisso, he showed the ability to knock down the midrange jumper. And showed the ability to be a force on the defense, recording a couple highlight blocks.
For their respective teams, these players will be instrumental in their hopes of winning any league titles. Halfway through the season, each player has solidified their spot on the roster and is excelling at that role. As their stock continues to rise down the stretch of the season, this is a group to keep in mind.
