Tayshawn is a gifted athlete playing point guard at Smith High School. He is a terror in the open court with the ability to grab a rebound and take it coast to coast. In the half court, he is at his best when he is attacking the basket. When he gets two feet in the paint, you can put points on the board for his team as he uses his good vision to make plays for himself and for others. Certainly, a player worth keeping a close eye on.
Hines is a 6’9 beast plying his craft at South Garner. He is the anchor for his team defense. He consistently puts himself in position to block or alter the oppositions shots. Offensively, he displays good footwork in the post. He also displays the ability to open up and shoot mid-range jumper. He runs the floor well for his size and finishes with authority around the rim.
Highlights
Connelly is a big time athlete at the guard spot. He is a scorer that gets it done at all three levels. As mentioned before, his athleticism allows him to finish over, around and through the defense. He has range out to three and a quick first step. If you stop the drive, he just elevates over top of you for the mid-range defense. He has a number of offers already and should be adding on to those soon.

Keep your eyes and ears open as you will be reading and hearing about him more and more.
