#2 Dixie
Previously #4 we have to show some respect as they have been obliterating teams. There is no answer for Kyle Lemke Kyle Lemke 6'9" | C Dixie | 2024 State UT and that is the bottom line. #2 Corner Canyon.
#3 Lehi
Previously #7 they make the leap after a couple of good wins and they will be playing out of state a lot with house money. We do not think that anyone in state will beat them till we start region play.
#4 American Fork
Previously at #3 they drop off one slot but they remain in the Top 5. Superior schedule keeps them above many. Shepherd, Rawson, Cuff and company are deep.
#5 Layton
The Lancers enter the Top 5 after good wins and a few close calls but this team is only getting better and beware of the kid that will be let loose soon. David Katoa David Katoa 6'4" | CG Layton | 2024 State #255 Nation UT changes everything. Mekhi Martin Mekhi Martin 6'2" | PG Layton | 2024 State UT and KJ Miller KJ Miller 6'3" | CG Layton | 2024 State UT are holding it down!
#6 Corner Canyon
Although this teams drops they play a tougher schedule in the first 4 games than most can say for their entire schedule. They have some new pieces but they will figure it out.
#7 Lone Peak
Lone Peak showed some grit against Pharoah Compton and company and Ike Staley Ike Staley 6'6" | SG Lone Peak | 2025 State UT and Jackson Taylor Jackson Taylor 6'2" | SG Lone Peak | 2025 State UT really came through from deep. They move up because of default.
#8 Farmington
Farmington might not have the toughest schedule and time will tell but they are just playing who is in-front of them and minding their business.
#9 Herriman
The Mustangs blew a big lead against AF but they are learning to win and they are trending in the right direction.
#10 Timpview
This team is dangerous with Dean Ruckert running around going crazy.
#11 Weber
Hunter Schenck Hunter Schenck 6'2" | PG Weber | 2024 State UT is a bad bad man! Malachi Spencer Malachi Spencer 6'7" | CG Weber | 2024 State UT has unlocked a new level in his game.
#12 Bingham
This team plays like they are all hyped up on Mountain Dew. Luke West Luke West 6'2" | SG Bingham | 2026 State UT is the real deal.
#13 Orem
Orem has work to do nut they have some solid pieces like Jax Allen Jax Allen 6'4" | CG Orem | 2025 State #391 Nation UT and Chance Dastrup Chance Dastrup 5'10" | PG Orem | 2025 State UT .
#14 Olympus
An angry Olympus is an Olypus team that will average close to 50 PPG with Jordan Barnes Jordan Barnes 6'4" | PG Olympus | 2024 State UT and Dutch Dowdell Dutch Dowdell 6'6" | SG Olympus | 2024 State #310 Nation UT . Love what that kid Reef Smilie is doing.
#15 Brighton
Another team that plays tough defensive basketball and they can get anyone if they can continue to get a lot out of Nash Matheson Nash Matheson 5'11" | PG Brighton | 2024 State UT .
#16 Pleasant Grove
Next man up is the way they play. They will likely have 10 players get on the board. If they play fast they might have a shot, but a lot of inexperience.
#17 Snow Canyon
Owen Maxkay is probably the most disrespected player in the Class of 2024. This kid is the real deal but is at times forgotten because he plays in the South.
#18 Fremont
A few wrinkles and this team will get back on track. You can’t count out Hunter Hansen Hunter Hansen 6'4" | PG Fremont | 2024 State UT and company,
#19 Bountiful
Schedule gets tougher in the next 4 games, if they are not sharp they can go 0-4 easily. Carson Smith Carson Smith 6'6" | CG Bountiful | 2024 State UT is getting things going.
#20 Murray
These kids play without a care. Like what we are seeing from Isaiah Beh Isaiah Beh 6'5" | CG Murray | 2026 State UT and Quinton Christman Quinton Christman 5'10" | PG Murray | 2024 State UT .
#21 Highland
Bounce back team for sure as they were able to grind one out against Davis at Davis. George McConkie George McConkie 6'8" | C Highland | 2024 State UT is starting to raise his level of play.
#22 Skyline
Skyline is having a solid start to the season. Next 3 games might be their toughest. The balanced scoring over there is something we have not seen from Skyline in a long time.
#23 Layton Christian
LCA has a lot of potential. They have new dudes showing out every game.
#24 Cottonwood
John Rosevear John Rosevear 6'1" | PG Cottonwood | 2025 State UT has come back to life and he is playing ata high levekl for this squad.
#25 Skyridge
They will play hard and they are well coached. Jordan Kohler Jordan Kohler 6'5" | SF Skyridge | 2025 State UT might be coming out of his shell.
