Orion Wilson (6’5/2026/Greenforest Academy)
Orion is a lengthy interior presence who understands his role and plays within the expectations of his coaches. He is very active on the glass and will battle despite being matched up against much taller post players. He is not a primary scoring option but does provide some scoring as he chipped in 8pts against Meadowcreek. He handles the ball well enough to put it on the floor, attack, and score at the rim.
Damari Wright (6’0/2024/Meadowcreek)
Damari is a lead guard who was aggressive early in the match-up against Greenforest. He has really shifty handles and can shake his defender and get into the lane where he was living throughout the game. His constant attack off the bounce kept the defense collapsing and in frantic rotations. As mentioned, he was looking for his offense early but really did not get it going and ended up not shooting a very high percentage from the field. Damari does have a good IQ and feel for the game.
Augustine Ekwe (6’10/2025/Wasatch)
Augustine is a competitor on the glass. He rebounds at a high rate, and on the glass is where he really makes his contribution to his squad. He has good size and defensively alters a lot of shots around the basket. Offensively, he sets strong screens, making it hard for opponents to fight through, and he rolls hard out of the P&R action. I would love to see him establish himself more out of his roll action, especially when defenders switch and he finds himself with a mouse in the house.
Gabe Alterman Gabe Alterman 5'7" | PG Mount Vernon | 2026 State GA (5’7/2026/Mount Vernon)
Gabe is a solid lead guard who has the keys to his squad. He is a very good facilitator and gets the ball to his weapons. He is a pass-first PG with a developing PG IQ. His ability to create off the bounce, get into the paint, and spray the rock creates practice target shots for his shooters. Don’t expect a lot of shot attempts from Gabe, but he will ensure the offense is in rhythm and operating at top-notch.
Jaylen Humphrey (6’3/2026/Pebblebrook)
Jaylen is one of the primary scoring options for his squad, and he showed he can get it done at all levels. He is a good shooter from behind the arc, has a nice middle game, and can get to the cup off the bounce, where he either finishes or earns a trip to the line. Jaylen is a scoring threat anytime he is on the floor, but he brings more to the floor than just his scoring, as is seen in his ability to rebound, create for his teammates, and apply smothering defensive pressure at times.
Larry Johnson (6’5/2024/Southern California Academy)
Larry was one of the most aggressive downhill attacking guards I saw all weekend. He was constantly putting pressure on the defense and forcing them on their heels. He was relentless when it came to getting to the cup, and he was determined that nothing and no one was going to stop him. He has a quick first step and does very little playing with the rock, but he makes his move and gets to where he wants to go. Larry has a scoring acumen that leaves defenders hopeless at times.
Jayan Walker (6’6/2024/Combine Academy)
Jayan has good positional size and can score at all levels. He has to work on his efficiency from beyond the arc, but outside of that, he is considered one of his squad’s primary scoring options. Even though there may be some inconsistent production from the three, it’s hard not to be optimistic, considering his soft touch from the line and on layups, floaters, and pull-ups. One thing for sure about Jayan is that he has the tools, the physical make-up, and the intangibles to continue to help his team elevate their level of play.
