Continue ReadingGicarri Harris Gicarri Harris 6’4″ | CG Grayson | 2024 State #86 Nation GA is a big, physical guard that can thrive in different roles. When Harris needs to take over a game, he can. Meanwhile, his experience playing with other talent allows him to take a step back and excel as a role player when appropriate. He’s a stong finisher at the rim and shoots the three at a high clip, needing little room to get his shot off. The Purdue commit now sits at #2 on our 2024 board.
CJ Brown CJ Brown 6’2″ | PG Kell | 2024 State #150 Nation GA could be the most electric point guard in the state, elite speed in the open floor and crazy explosiveness at the rim. He’s got quick feet and active hands on the defensive end which allow him to force a lot of turnovers. As a college prospect, the intangibles take him to the next level. Brown is the centerpiece for Kell this year as they look to repeat in 5A.
KJ Greene is a big, athletic point guard with a winning pedigree and NBA upside. He’s so fluid with the ball in his hands, has the bounce to finish amongst the trees, and can score it from all three levels. Greene has spent the past few years playing point guard for Coach Sharman White which should tell you a lot about his IQ and preparation for next level.
While many of us were hoping to see Wilkinson back in the GHSA this year, he’s been putting up some incredible numbers for TSF’s national team. Earlier in November, he went for 57 points in a single game. Wilkinson is a creative finisher at the rim, incorporating his vertical ability and unique sense of balance. He’s developed into a complete scorer now that can attack defenses in a variety of ways. He’s headed to California next year.
Highlights
Karris Bilal Karris Bilal 6’2″ | PG Riverwood | 2024 State #243 Nation GA comes in at #10 on our board. The Vanderbilt commit can go for 30+ on any given night, such a well-versed scoring package and natural feel for the game. Bilal’s explosiveness can easily catch you off guard if you’re not prepared as he’s typically not afraid to rise up and catch a body. He’s a rangy and confident shooter as well that can hit tough shots off the bounce. Bilal will certainly be looking to end his storied career on a high note this season.
