The freshman didn't play in the first half against Park, but checked in during the second half and went on to finish with 13 points in a win for SSP. He started off with three finishes in the paint, knocked down a corner three, euro-stepped a defender in transition for an and-one, and then threw down a dunk with just seconds remaining to force overtime. On defense he still has to get adjusted to the pace of play, especially against a quicker team like Park where he was having to defend a lot on the perimeter against much smaller players, but I really like the effort he showed on the glass. Mustafa was attacking the ball right off the rim, often times grabbing a board above the rim to and securing it with two hands. Ceiling is very high with the type of length, coordination, and budding athleticism he possesses.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["1990226"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"In a tight game, Elonzo showed no fear with the ball in his hands. He wanted to be the one with the ball in pressure situations, and in double overtime he stepped up to the plate and knocked down a mid-range jumper to give his team the lead with just seconds remaining. Elonzo plays the game with a ton of energy, as he's a junkyard dog on defense and isn't afraid to play through some contact on the offensive end. He found a lot of success getting into the lane to score or facilitate, and also showed off his mid-range game. Ability to stop on a dime made him dangerous pulling up from 10-15 feet. Finished with 23 points in the win.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":["not_in_db"],"_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_player_details_selected_featured_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_player_details_selected_featured_image":"field_62cca28ffa4e7","player_evaluations_2_player_details_player_name":"Jordan Terhune","_player_evaluations_2_player_details_player_name":"field_62aba4c9ecf2f","player_evaluations_2_player_details_graduating_class":"2024","_player_evaluations_2_player_details_graduating_class":"field_62aba4ddecf30","player_evaluations_2_player_details_height":"6'8u0022","_player_evaluations_2_player_details_height":"field_62aba4e8ecf31","player_evaluations_2_player_details_position":"77243","_player_evaluations_2_player_details_position":"field_62aba4f0ecf32","player_evaluations_2_player_details_school":"South St. Paul","_player_evaluations_2_player_details_school":"field_62aba4fdecf33","player_evaluations_2_player_details_club_team":"","_player_evaluations_2_player_details_club_team":"field_62d20e723441a","player_evaluations_2_player_details":"","_player_evaluations_2_player_details":"field_62aba4afecf2e","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"Jordan was making plays on both ends of the floor for South St. Paul. He had a big size advantage over anyone on Park, and used it to dominate the glass and finish with efficiency at the rim. Made some nice off ball cuts to open up easy scoring opportunities, including a two handed dunk in the first half. Defensively he blocked a couple of shots and was putting himself in the right spots off the ball to make plays at the rim. It seemed like every couple of minutes Jordan was scoring a bucket or making a winning play. Finished with a game high 25 points in the 2OT win.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":["not_in_db"],"_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_player_details_selected_featured_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_player_details_selected_featured_image":"field_62cca28ffa4e7","player_evaluations_3_player_details_player_name":"[player_tooltip player_id='2422764' first='Anthony' last='Giadyu']","_player_evaluations_3_player_details_player_name":"field_62aba4c9ecf2f","player_evaluations_3_player_details_graduating_class":"2025","_player_evaluations_3_player_details_graduating_class":"field_62aba4ddecf30","player_evaluations_3_player_details_height":"6'0u0022","_player_evaluations_3_player_details_height":"field_62aba4e8ecf31","player_evaluations_3_player_details_position":"77246","_player_evaluations_3_player_details_position":"field_62aba4f0ecf32","player_evaluations_3_player_details_school":"Park of Cottage Grove","_player_evaluations_3_player_details_school":"field_62aba4fdecf33","player_evaluations_3_player_details_club_team":"","_player_evaluations_3_player_details_club_team":"field_62d20e723441a","player_evaluations_3_player_details":"","_player_evaluations_3_player_details":"field_62aba4afecf2e","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"I wasn't too familiar with Anthony coming into Monday's game, but came away impressed. He's lightning quick and was using that to fly around the floor and make plays defensively. Whether it was pressuring the ball himself or trapping a ball handler, his quickness helped force a handful of turnovers. Once in possession he could fly up the floor to go coast-to-coast and finish, but really impressed with his abiltiy to see the floor while moving that fast. He was zipping in passes to his forwards at the rim, and locating open shooters with kick-out passes as well. Has the bounce to get to the rim and just hang in the air for difficult finishes. Finished with 20 points in the close loss.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["1288828"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"Tayvion is another guard to keep an eye on at Park this season. He was so dangerous getting to the rim, and his ability to play off two feet really allowed him to dictate the pace as he went up to finish. Stewart was able to delay his jump just a split-second to throw off defenders before he went up to score. Park played with a smaller lineup so Tayvion was often guarding bigger players, and I thought he did a nice job playing with physicality to keep his man in check. Finished the game with 22 points.","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_5_player":["1560835"],"_player_evaluations_5_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_5_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_5_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_5_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_5_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_5_evaluation":"Tian ended up fouling out with about 2 minutes to play, but his contributions through the first 34 minutes were enough to make sure Totino-Grace pulled off the win against Hopkins. It was a breakout performance for Chatman who had played mostly JV last season, as he got the start and was a key scoring option for his team. He was able to stretch the floor as a catch-and-shoot threat from three, and showed his pace to take smaller guards off the dribble and get to the rim. Came up with two late finishes in transition during the second half to fend off a Hopkins comeback attempt. Did a great job of stepping up into a big role with TG missing a key player and another starter missing most of the game in foul trouble.","_player_evaluations_5_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_6_player":["1284143"],"_player_evaluations_6_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_6_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_6_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_6_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_6_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_6_evaluation":"Isaiah asserted his dominance in the second half to help lead TG to a win over Hopkins. At 6'7 he was doing just about everything on the floor. In the second half he hit a deep three, threw down a pair of dunks, swatted a few shots off the backboard, scored from the post, and attacked from the wing for some strong finishes. Hopkins just didn't have anyone to match up with Isaiah physically, and most teams in the state don't. Even then, Isaiah has the footwork and shooting touch to make plays against just about any defender you throw at him.","_player_evaluations_6_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":7,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6570cec375f18"} /-->
