The 69th Gridley Invitational Tournament was held Dec 7-9 in Gridley CA. There were 8 NorCal teams participating. Here's the top 2025 Prospects at the tournament.

[player_tooltip player_id='1384447' first='Jasir' last='Rencher'] 6'6 G/W, Archbishop Riordan: He's PH NorCal's #1 ranked prospect in the 2025 class with high major potential. The offers keep coming in for this wing type prospect. He's still sharpening his overall skill set on the offensive side of the ball. He'll have impact whether he scores or not, when he's in the flow, letting the game come to him he's at his best. He handles and passes pretty well. He has a clean jump shot, mid-range, he'll shoot open 3's, he'll attack in space going left or right. He runs, goes after rebounds, and is a top notch defender

[player_tooltip player_id='1384451' first='Semetri' last='Carr'] 6'1 PG, The Branson: He's PH NorCal #2 ranked prospect in the 2025. He's a classic point guard, that continues to sharpen his overall skill set for the next level, he has multiple DI offers. He has vision, and quality passing. He's got the quick twitch muscles that allows him to get to his spots, he can score in a variety of ways, off the dribble, mid-range jumpers, 3's, and in the paint. His ability to rebound at 6'1 is noticeable.

[player_tooltip player_id='1140161' first='Alvin' last='Loving'] 6'4 Guard, Salesian College Prep: He's a big guard with a quality set of handles, and good passing. He does well using his strength and body to get things done, whether its hard drives into the paint finishing in traffic through contact or locking down on the defensive side guarding bigger players in the paint. He's knocking down corner 3's, defends on the perimeter, gets his fair share of rebounds. He was All-Tourney at this event.

[player_tooltip player_id='1776801' first='Elijah' last='Perryman'] 6'3 PG, Clayton Valley Charter: He's a long quick PG with excellent handles and vision for the position. He's a guard that can score off ball using his speed to attack the rim from different angles. His passing skills are underrated at the moment, he has the vision to spot cutters, find shooters, and feed his big man inside. He had one double double and came close to another at this event.

[player_tooltip player_id='1384644' first='John' last='Tofi'] 6'6 G/F, Archbishop Riordan: He's a dual sport prospect (football) he's still working his way into basketball shape. He fills a role for this team with his willingness to do what it takes to get the win. He's a skilled prospect who sees the court for passing, he handles ball pressure, he can spot up along the perimeter. He'll rebound and defend multiple positions. He'll take a charge.

Loukas Jones 6'3 SG, Clovis North: He's a good all around prospect who's working under the radar. He's a bit streaky when it comes to knocking down 3's, but thats what gets him going, he could hit one, then another. He's a good passing guard, works hard on the defensive side of the ball, he'll help with the rebounding.

[player_tooltip player_id='1384823' first='Jaden' last='Spears'] 6'4 G/W, Sheldon: We've seen him put points on the board taking it tough into the paint using his dribble, and length playing through contact. At this event he shot the 3 ball pretty good knocking down four or five in one game. He's a lengthy arm prospect who can defend on the perimeter, help with the rebounding. He continues to add pieces to his overall game. He was an All Tourney Selection.

[player_tooltip player_id='1572946' first='Mohammed' last='Singleton'] 6'1, PG Sheldon: He's an excellent point guard with a quality set of skills for the position, he can work off ball. He uses his handles and a first step to get by defenders generating points in the paint, he'll dish and dump too. He can hit mid-range jumpers off the dribble. He's a bit streaky shooting 3ptrs, but he does have the ability to knock one down. He's an excellent on ball defender bringing tenacity, and hustle, he'll get rebounds from the guard position.

[player_tooltip player_id='1530585' first='Luke' last='Isaak'] 6'3 SG, San Ramon Valley: He's one of the better 3pt shooters in this NorCal class. He's worked to bring balance to his game. He's doing better handling and passing the ball pushing in transition, and around the perimeter. He had a couple of dribble drives attacking the paint. He's best when he's using screens, moving without the ball, making hard cuts to free him self up for 3-pointers.

[player_tooltip player_id='1384452' first='Mason' last='Thomas'] 5'10 PG, San Ramon Valley: He dropped off the radar a bit, but seems to be finding his way back into our sights. He's a quality ball handling guard who makes good decisions with the ball. He has good handles and vision, he'll make the extra pass. He has good takes off the dribble, he can knock down the open mid-range jumper. We'll see how he continues.
