The 6-6 senior guard showed that he is a solid 3-level scorer, who used every dose of his athleticism around the rim and can also rebound well from the help-side. He also did a great job at scoring through contact. Police was also using his ability to be a high-level finisher above the rim and plays with absolute length who can be a disruptor in the passing lanes. Police finished with 17 points and seven rebounds despite the loss to McEachern (Georgia).
The 6-5 junior wing was smooth around the rim as well as a tough handle of the basketball where he doesn’t get phased when opposing guards apply pressure on him. He also has a dangerous mid-range game when left un-contested. Dulaney was able to score in a variety of ways in Wednesday’s game against Westminster Academy as his game continues to grow. Look for Dulaney to get a lot of recruitment interest as we gear towards the spring and summer sessions.
One of the top unsigned senior point guards here in this tournament. Nash brought a smooth skillset where he plays under control. He also did a great job at getting his teammates involved with his pure pass-first ability. Moves exceptionally well without the basketball in his hands. Nash did a great job finishing around the rim for his size, as he draws fouls and can get to the free throw line occasionally.
Highlights
The Syracuse signee was sensational in the win over Richmond Heights (Ohio) this morning finishing just short of a double-double with 17 points and nine rebounds. Freeman showed the complete package with his size, length and athleticism. On the defensive end, Freeman did a good job guarding positions 1 through 4 forcing the opposing guards into taking tough shots.
The 6-6 senior wing and University of Houston signee used a ton of versatility and played with some physicality in the win over Richmond Heights (Ohio) finishing with just seven points. But his full-court defense was sensational as he can play at the front of the rim as well as guard on the perimeter.
The 6-6 sophomore guard is a defensive menace where he guarded the full length of the floor using his length to guard out on the perimeter as well as on the interior. On the offensive end, he was a force in the paint as he was bruising his way for easy buckets as well as tip-ins. His jump shot is still a work in progress as he continues to gain more confidence. Holt is already receiving offers from Alabama, Auburn, Cincinnati, Houston and several others.
The 6-1 junior guard is starting to hit his stride as a versatile prospect where he is ranked in the Top-75 in the nation for his class. He finished with a team-high 17 points, four rebounds and three assists in the win over Don Bosco Prep (New Jersey). Mingo plays with a ton of fluidity on the offensive side of the floor where he displayed a ton of confidence at getting his teammates involved as well as playing unselfish.
