Cole Hebrink of Austin (6’1 soph). Hebrink was Austin’s only second half offense with four threes. The shot looks very good and this is one very, very confident shooter. Decent ball handler too, Hebrink looks to have a very nice future for the Packers. Seems to have a good understanding of the zone as well.
Elijah Moseman of St. Paul Central (6’2 soph). Elijah had a game high 20 points with four assists leading Central to the win over Mahtomedi. The shooting touch with feet set is something to commit to memory. This is a confident shooter with really good form. I liked his transition push and really liked his ability to pull-up or kick out one dribble into the lane. A good sophomore that plays with confidence and I am really looking forward to seeing how his game grows.
Colin Piper Colin Piper 6'7" | PF White Bear Lake | 2026 State MN of White Bear Lake (6’7 soph). There a number of things to be encouraged about from Piper in a blowout loss to Century. His sprint back block after he was blocked was the biggest takeaway as not only did he sprint the floor fast and make an explosive play, he didn’t give up on the play after getting swatted himself. Battled for six boards against a D2 offered senior and scored four times around the basket showing good footwork making the move. A decent performance in a tough loss.
Wilkie Roelofs of Mahtomedi (6’6 soph). This is a name to keep an eye on for the future. Willie looks about 6’6 with room to grow with a nice face up game and he moves really well. Still raw and learning how to play at this fast of a level with strong opponents, but the natural skill, size, and agility are there for great potential. Scored on four of five attempts for his nine points against Central.
