December has just started, meaning the start of the NJSIAA season is coming closer. The prep and independent schools have already started with some players putting up big performances early. Here are the available frontcourt prospects who have started the season strong.

[player_tooltip player_id='1123937' first='Isaac' last='Moore'], 6'7 PF Life Center Academy 2025

Moore has started off the 2023-24 season on a high note as he has shown the ability to score the ball in multiple ways. The 6'7 forward has a good face-up game as he can put the ball on the floor and knock down jumpers from behind the arc. Moore has a nice touch around the basket and is able to draw contact in the paint. He fights for rebounds on both ends of the floor and is an underrated passer. Moore is a physical forward prospect whose ability to score inside and out will help his stock in a big way this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='902737' first='Zack' last='Davis'], 6'7 SF Peddie 2024

Davis has gotten off to a strong start this season as he has been shooting the ball well from behind the arc. The 6'7 forward has a good release on his jumper and can get hot from distance in a hurry. Davis is more than just a shooter as he can also put the ball on the floor and finish around the basket. He moves well without the ball in his hands and is an underrated defender. Davis is a sharpshooting forward prospect who should continue to torch the nets this season for Peddie.

[player_tooltip player_id='2107672' first='Will' last='Syndor'], 6'9 PF Patrick School 2024

Syndor is one of the most intriguing prospects in the class with his combination of size and skill. The lanky 6'9 forward attacks the basket with a purpose as he elevates over the top for dunks and can draw contact in the paint. Syndor uses his size to see over his defender and rises up with confidence on his jumper. He has the length to defend multiple positions on the floor and rips down rebounds at both ends of the floor. Syndor is a long forward prospect whose stock should rise over the course of the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1944302' first='Eric' last='Ihekwaba'], 6'10 C Blair Academy 2024

Ihekwaba has started the season out strong as he has established himself as a presence down low for the Buccaneers. The 6'10 post uses his body to get position down low and has a nice touch around the basket. Ihekwaba runs the floor hard and has an underrated face-up game. He is a force on the glass and swats almost everything around the basket. Ihekwaba's ability to control the paint at both ends of the floor is something that will help his stock throughout the 2023-24 season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2335367' first='Caleb' last='Ritchwood'], 6'4 SF American Christian 2024

Ritchwood started off the season hot as he poured in 26 points in the opener. The 6'4 wing uses his handle to get into the lane and can finish through contact. Ritchwood has a solid handle and can thread passes to teammates in the halfcourt. He is a good rebounder and slides his feet on the defensive end. Ritchwood's stock will continue to rise if he continues to play like he did in the opener.
