Sneaky Good Class 1A-2A Talents

Coates is tall and nimble for a high school wing, especially at the 2A level. Coates dribbles pretty well and gets his shot off easily over small school defenders.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Hawkins Winstead </strong>(McEwen) can do some things at 6-foot-3. He looked like a versatile defender way back in December of 2022. His Warriors will find more minutes for him this year and it will be fun to see his skills develop as he physically matures.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2058104' first='Cole' last='Pierpont']</strong> (Big Sandy) just puts up numbers. He occasionally registered a double-double last winter. Pierpont averaged nearly 8 rpg. Through two games this year CP is scoring 18.0 ppg.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2085855' first='Kievian' last='Allen']</strong> (Humboldt) is a gifted scorer with plus athleticism. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Isaac McNealy</strong> (Jellico) began this season averaging 22.0 ppg with ten made three-pointers total. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
