The high school season is creeping closer and closer and we at Prep Hoops Indiana will be giving you non-stop previews until the first week of action. With as many talented players in the state this season, it is important that we give you a list of names to keep an eye on for the season, which is what I will be doing with each position in the 2024, 2025, and 2026 classes. The point of my list is to give you a preview of some the players that are maybe overlooked a little, still on the college recruiting board, or guys in general that deserve to have eyes on them. With that said, here are shooting guards to watch for in the 2024 class this season.

Parish is one of the more naturally athletic guards in the state and plays with a fantastic motor on both ends of the floor. He is also one of the more versatile guards in the state as he can shoot it from deep and explode through the lane and finish at the rim. He comes into his senior season averaging over 20 points per game last season and has a chance to improve those numbers even more. He is one of the more fun guards to watch and will have a big senior season.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-654915f227428"} /-->

Andrews comes into his senior season that No. 1 guys for Wapahani this year and brings in elite toughness, shooting ability and a high-level work ethic. Last season, he averaged 17.8 points per game and shot nearly 40% from three-point range as a junior. Out of all the remaining, uncommitted guards in the in-state 2024 class, I strongly feel Andrews is the most under-recruited of them all. Expect a ton of production in his senior season. Coaches, travel to Wapahani to see this tough player put up numbers and do what it takes to win.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-654915f2274a7"} /-->

At 6'4, Lomax is one of more athletic two-guards in the Indiana 2024 class and scores at every level on the floor at a consistent rate. He can put on highlight worthy dunks when breaking down the defense or knock down the pull-up jumpers 15ft and out. He brings in 17 ppg as a junior at Avon and with Brwonsburg looking at guys that will potentially be their 'go-to guy,' Loman fits that billing. If you want to watch a true microwave offensive player, Lomax is in that category.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-654915f2274f2"} /-->

When Ellis takes any shot, and I mean any shot, you are shocked when it doesn't connect for points, that is how great of a shooter he is. Ever since his excellent spring/summer with Kyle Guy Elite Black 2024, Ellis has seen his stock take a big rise as schools at the next level are starting to take major notice. He comes into his senior season with offers from Culver-Stockton, Franklin, Hanover, Saint Mary of the Woods with more to likely come. Don't let his small size fool you, Ellis is arguably the best pure shotmaker in the state.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-654915f227539"} /-->
