Averaging just under 16 points and 5.5 rebounds per game to lead the Warriors, Stubblefield stepped up his junior year to become an emerging talent. He has the ability to play with his back to the basket or take defenders off dribble to create high percentage shots. Stubblefield also showed he was a threat from beyond the arc, hitting 22 three pointers during the season. The Warriors will have fantastic guard play this season and Stubblefield will benefit to become a top prospect in the area.
AJ Graham
AJ Graham
The Links were loaded with Seniors last year, who played the majority of the minutes on the floor. Graham was one of the only non-seniors who got playing time and showed flashes of a potent offensive package. A little undersized, Graham has a quick first step and was not afraid to attack the basket. He was able to absorb contact and find ways to finish. Graham can dial it up from distance at any time with a terrific outside stroke. Look for Graham to be a top scorer on the Links.
North Star lost their two big men to graduation, both leading the team in scoring and rebounds. The team will flip this year with solid guard play led by Houston who averaged just over 11 points with 2.5 assists, 2.8 rebounds and 2 steals per game. With his long frame, Houston is a harassing on ball defender and can quickly turn defense into offense. A three-level scorer, Houston can make you pay from the outside or use his dribble drive to finish at the rim. Houston will open alot of eyes this winter.
Highlights
Bahl has garnered a lot of attention this summer, earning offers from South Dakota State and Omaha. A lengthy guard, Bahl is a sharpshooter with a quick trigger. Thrust into a leadership role last year, Bahl averaged over 18 points and 6 rebounds per game showing he can mix it up in the painted area as well. Bahl is a solid defender, swiping around 2 steals a game. He is a lead by effort player, along with his backcourt mate, for the Titans. Bahl should be in contention for player of the year based on his development over the last few years.
