Some of the top high school teams in the country were in attendance and many of the local teams challenged them. Like many events, there were some up and downs for the local teams but the competition they received will hopefully prepare them for their season.
Here were some of the standout SF’s:
Josh Dillard Josh Dillard 6'4" | SF Ironwood | 2026 State AZ Ironwood
A wing forward who is long in the passing lanes. He fills many roles for the Eagles. He hustles, rebounds well in and out of his area and scores. He will get on the glass for put backs and can face-up from the perimeter.
Christian Warren Christian Warren 6'4" | SF Basha | 2024 State AZ Basha
A thicker framed wing forward does many little things. He is a very good passer, a loose ball rebounder, takes charges and scores. He gives hard ball fakes and can pull-up from mid-range. He has a sneaky quick crossover and will use it to get into the paint and score thru contact. He can also score it in the post.
Cullen Schreiner Cullen Schreiner 6'6" | SF Basha | 2025 State AZ Basha
A quickly growing wing will be valuable once the season starts. He is just coming back from a year long injury and he will be even better in two months. He is a deep three point shooter off the catch with long arms and a strong upper body.
Anthony Batson Jr Anthony Batson Jr 6'3" | SG Notre Dame Prep | 2024 State #181 Nation AZ Notre Dame Prep
Arguably THE top athlete in the AIA. He flies on the break and is a highlight waiting to happen. He is also a great passer and times it right to make the play. He will defend multiple positions and is very tough getting to the rim.
Amier Ali Amier Ali 6'8" | SF Canyon International Academy | 2024 State #38 Nation AZ Canyon International Academy
A very tall point forward type has an incredible feel for the game. He can hit the three off the catch or pull plus get points on the break. He rebounds with his size and will push the rock up the court and consistently find a teammate.
Kingston Tosi Kingston Tosi 6'7" | SF Millennium | 2025 State AZ Millennium
Tosi keeps producing week after week. His pull-up from mid-range is polished and he blocks shots out of his area and hits the three. His shot keeps evolving more and more. He can still rip thru and go to work with advanced footwork.
Cameron Holmes Cameron Holmes 6'5" | SF Millennium | 2026 State AZ Millennium
A good sized wing gets downhill and scores thru it. He will rebound with his size and athleticism plus block shots. He is a true gamer and made huge plays down the stretch to beat a very good California team. He will be asked to be the closer all season long.
Brayden Barrett Brayden Barrett 6'5" | SF Millennium | 2026 State AZ Millennium
The sturdy framed wing is a Deep ranged sniper that went off versus St. John Bosco. He rattled in triple after triple. Once he gets his feet set and some space and time, he knocks it down. He defends the post well and rebounds in his area.
Jaden Vance Jaden Vance 6'6" | SF Bella Vista Prep | 2025 State AZ Bella Visa Prep (Pictured)
A long and lean wing is another who is polishing up his skill. He hits the catch three with more confidence, rebounds out of area, runs the floor and is a sneaky good passer in close spaces. He received an offer from Montana after the event.
Jae’Coby Osborne Jae’Coby Osborne 6'6" | SF Bella Vista Prep | 2024 State #241 Nation AZ Bella Vista Prep
A defensive wing who loves to attack. He will post up and go to work and absorb contact about as well as you could. He manages to score without shooting many perimeter jumpers with getting to the line and offensive rebound put backs.
