<p>Today we scoured the Pennsylvania Class of 2025 rankings to review several prospects who are appearing in our 2025 rankings for the first time. Some are making their debut because of transfer and / or reclassification. Others because of their impressive play at the camps and showcases in August as a well as during September's fall ball action.</p>

<p>Below is a review of six southeastern Pennsylvania 2025 <em>“new” </em>prospectsyou need to keep an eye on for the remainder of this fall and into the 2023-24 season.</p>

<p><strong><em>No. 5…</em></strong><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2235863' first='Matt' last='Gilhool'] </strong><strong>– 6'10” / Penn Charter / [program_tooltip program_id='2078697' first='Philly' last='Pride'] UAA / Power Forward:</strong> Gilhool's transfer to Penn Charter and reclassification into the 2025 graduation year was one of the biggest news items of the summer. He immediately became one of the top prospects in the junior class. Last season at Westtown he posted 10.7 ppg. and 8.4 rebounds per game. He is widely regarded as one of the top stretch-4 prospects in region. Gilhool holds over a dozen DI offers.</p>

<p><strong><em>No. 38…</em></strong><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2242447' first='CJ' last='Miller'] </strong><strong>– 6'5” / Roman Catholic / [program_tooltip program_id='2078697' first='Philly' last='Pride'] Select / Wing: </strong>Miller enters our 2025 rankings after transferring from Woodbury HS in New Jersey to Roman Catholic. Last season Miller (8 ppg. & 4 rpg.) led Woodbury to the NJSIAA Group 1 state title. He scored 20 points in that championship game. Miller can drain threes, score in transition and slash to the cup for a bucket. He is a major addition for Roman Catholic</p>

<p><strong><em>No. 47…</em></strong><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2235889' first='Tommy' last='Vaughn, Jr']. </strong><strong>– 5'11” / Phelps School / We R1 UAA / Combo Guard:</strong> This three-level scoring phenom joins our 2025 ranking after departing Sanford in Delaware and transferring to Phelps as a 2025. He is a DI prospect with athleticism, speed, and hops. Plus, Vaughn's elite basketball skills enable him to simply dominate a game with his scoring. Last season at Sanford (DE) he scored a career-high 39 points and was an Honorable Mention All-State selection. </p>

<p><strong><em>No. 77…</em></strong><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1848532' first='Zamir' last='Parker-Barnes'] </strong><strong>– 6'4″ / Abington Friends / [program_tooltip program_id='2078697' first='Philly' last='Pride'] Select / Combo Guard:</strong> The former Frankford standout transferred to Abington Friends and moved back into the 2025 graduate year. Parker-Barnes is a wiry, fast, and versatile guard who can produce points from anywhere on the floor. He can splash threes, use dribble drives to create for himself or teammates and can navigate through traffic in the open court. Once at the rim, he can finish with a thunderous dunk.</p>

<p><strong><em>No. 97…</em></strong><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2235975' first='Brendan' last='Horan'] </strong><strong>– 6'5″ / Perkiomen School / [program_tooltip program_id='2078678' first='East' last='Coast Power'] / Wing:</strong> One of SEPA's most impressive 2025 stock risers makes his rankings debut inside the Top 100. From late July through September, Horan proved he could score at all three levels, rebounded, and guarded multiple positions. He also possesses all the intangibles college coaches love. Horan holds offers from LIU, Akron, and Old Dominion. He also has taken visits to Lafayette and Mount St. Mary's.</p>

<p><strong><em>No. 225…</em>[player_tooltip player_id='2237269' first='Mason' last='Jarvis'] – 6'4″ / Church Farm School / NY Jayhawks / Combo Guard:</strong> Flying under the radar in the Bicentennial Athletic League is this versatile guard. Jarvis caught our attention late this summer with his length, speed, and a physical edge to his game. Jarvis is a match-up nightmare on the perimeter as he can shoot over a defender or blow past his man for lay-in. As a bonus, Jarvis can play bully ball if needed. His physical assets combined with his athleticism make Jarvis a feared transition game threat too.</p>
