Dixie vs Layton || @ 6PM American Fork High School
Dixie is one of the best teams in the state and they play year round as they play with so much chemistry. Layton has one of the better backcourts in the state and things should get interesting because they matchup well. few key matchups to watch is Mekhi Martin Mekhi Martin 6'2" | PG Layton | 2024 State UT (Layton) and Jordan Roberts Jordan Roberts 6'0" | PG Dixie | 2024 State UT (Dixie). Both solid at the point guard position but Mekhi might have a size strength but Jordan is shifty and a true PG so he will be looking to distribute and create. Another key matchup will be KJ Miller KJ Miller 6'3" | CG Layton | 2024 State UT and Logan Weidauer Logan Weidauer 6'5" | SF Dixie | 2024 State UT , two really strong and solid guards that can do a lot. Logan has some height and he likes to play inside and out and KJ is a perimeter problem. The key will be if Layton can stop Kyle Lemke Kyle Lemke 6'9" | C Dixie | 2024 State UT and that might be the key there.
Lone Peak vs. Highland || @ 7PM American Fork High School
This is a good game and Highland should have an edge with Lone Peak missing their two best players in Ike Staley Ike Staley 6'6" | SG Lone Peak | 2025 State UT and Chamberlain Burgess Chamberlain Burgess 6'9" | PF Lone Peak | 2025 State #214 Nation UT . I would feed George McConkie George McConkie 6'8" | C Highland | 2024 State UT all day long as he is a 6’10 big that can really make everyone suck in and then it will allow Highland’s guards to do damadge. Look to see a heavy dose of Isaiah Drisdom Isaiah Drisdom 6'0" | PG Highland | 2026 State UT and LP might have their hands full with. This is alos a great opportunity for role players ot step up for Lone Peak including getting elevated play from Jackson Taylor Jackson Taylor 6'2" | SG Lone Peak | 2025 State UT .
Orem vs GSP (Golden State Prep) || @ 8PM American Fork High School
This will be the first time we get to see Orem play with a few new faces and the new face we are excited to see play is Jax Allen Jax Allen 6'4" | CG Orem | 2025 State #391 Nation UT . Jax can be a slashing machine that makes life easier for those aroundhim like Chance Dastrup Chance Dastrup 5'10" | PG Orem | 2025 State UT who can shoot the ball and for Anthony Felesi Anthony Felesi 6'6" | CG Utah Prep | 2026 State UT who does it all. They will likely be missing Kai Wesley Kai Wesley 6'8" | PF Orem | 2026 State UT but either way it is going to be good to see what they can do against a solid Prep School team from Northern California.
Green Canyon vs. Herriman || @ 6PM American Fork High School
Not the typical matchup but this 4A team is looking to make a move forward and they will be lead by Jared Anderson Jared Anderson 6'0" | SG Green Canyon | 2024 State UT and Gavin Crane Gavin Crane 6'5" | PF Green Canyon | 2026 State UT . On the flip side you have a new look Herriman team that everyone is excited to watch They have so many players that could hurt you like Cale Barclay Cale Barclay 6'8" | PF Herriman | 2025 State UT , Carlo Mulford Carlo Mulford 6'0" | PG Herriman | 2026 State UT and Ike Palmer Ike Palmer 6'6" | CG Herriman | 2024 State UT . Herriman is a sleeping giant and we are excited to watch them.
