As October Opens Point Guards are Picking up Recruiting Buzz

Every high school team has an ok to good point guard and most have more than one guy capable of playing the position at the high school level. Not many have centers. There are more point guards and colleges typically use discretion when recruiting them. Alice Lloyd College offered him Wednesday. Kentucky Christian University offered Roark mid-August.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1215120' first='Murray' last='Norman'] </strong>(Munford) enjoyed an official visit to Rhodes University. Norman is a senior, unlike Roark. The recruitment of Norman is more advanced and urgent in this stage of his high school career.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Junior <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1611052' first='Bereket' last='Evans']</strong> (Morristown West) intends to go to Emory and Henry for a basketball game once season starts, and "I and going to Johnson University for a camp soon," shared Evans. They offered him about three weeks ago.
