Bryce Riehl Bryce Riehl 6'0" | CG Mesa Ridge | 2025 State CO – Mesa Ridge
Riehl has been among the states most potent two-way options, possessing an elite jump shot off movements. Capable stretching well beyond the arc for movement shot attempts, capable of quickly relocating from afar. This is all on top of Riehl’s assertive defense, getting up quickly to attack passing lanes. He is among the best with defensive anticipation, getting into the lane early for a steal. Equally capable at the point of attack, he gets low and with wide hands to wall off the lane. Following a perfect season from start to finish, Riehl played a valuable role for a dominant group in 5A. Riehl’s continued progression as a facilitator will be intriguing, already possessing plenty of gravity.
Josh Kotto Josh Kotto 6'2" | SG Sand Creek | 2025 State CO – Sand Creek
Kotto looks to shine as a downhill scoring threat, capable of finishing through contact on layup attempts. Provided with a quick first step and twitchy handle, the guard will be an intriguing offensive option with Sand Creek next season. Following a dependable season, the shooting guard put up 5.7 points, 3 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game. They recently showed value beyond the arc, hitting an efficient rate last season, typically on spot-up attempts.
Logan Boyer Logan Boyer 6'0" | CG Palmer Ridge | 2025 State CO – Palmer Ridge
Boyer is another guard set to step up for their program, taking on greater scoring and playmaking opportunities with Palmer Ridge. Effective off the catch, there are a handful of guards in the Springs who bring his consistency behind the arc. Another area of growth has been his fluidity flowing into one-dribble pull-ups, looking to add this attempt to his resume. Effective moving the ball within the halfcourt, we cannot forget that Boyer is a proactive passer, seeking the best extra passes when available.
Blake Marshall – Pine Creek
Marshall should wind up as one of the more potent junior perimeter shooters from the Colorado Springs region. Already a strong guard, the junior has shown capabilities rising up into jumpers off the bounce or the catch. Possessing a quick form, Marshall should be an important shotmaker with Pine Creek this upcoming season. This past season, posting 6.2 points and 2.5 rebounds per game. Another aspect of the guard’s skillset has been his notable strength, allowing him to hold his own against stronger backcourt opponents. Interesting year ahead for the perimeter threat.
Ayden Yunker Ayden Yunker 6'5" | SF Palmer | 2025 State CO – Palmer
Yunker is an intriguing tall guard who brings immediate value as a rangy perimeter defender and along the help side. Proving capable on spot-up attempts beyond the arc, the shooting guard will be a valuable floor spacer for one of the more intriguing Colorado Springs groups. As Yunker adds more weight, his defensive versatility guarding up lineups should follow. His continued upside will be his growth in shot selection as a complementary shotmaker, attacking closeouts or stepping into quick triples. Either way, Yunker should be a valuable floor spacer yet again for Palmer, following a 37% season previously.
