[player_tooltip player_id='1476964' first='Brennan' last='Reid'] | SF | North Scott
The move: 60 to 51

Reid is on the precipice of breaking into the top 50, a sharpshooting wing with great length and strong defensive instincts. He buried 47.4% of his 3-point attempts as a junior for the Lancers, and then was arguably the best player on a Barnstormers Black team that was extremely successful this summer. He has improved as a ball-handler and passer, can defend multiple positions, and he rebounds really well on both ends of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='1288920' first='Kanyon' last='Bryte'] | C | Western Dubuque
The move: 105 to 53

Bryte was already due for a significant rise up the rankings, and then he was arguably the best player in the gym at the Top 250 Expo in September. A long, athletic 6-7 big man who can stretch the floor, protect the paint, and score on the block with either hand, he has the look of a prototypical modern big man who impacts the game on both ends of the floor. He averaged 13.9 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks on 54-48-58 shooting splits.

[player_tooltip player_id='1378073' first='Joey' last='Coppola'] | PG | Dowling Catholic
The move: 78 to 57

Coppola battled some injuries throughout the summer, but he still deserved another jump up the rankings because of the strong play that he provides on both ends of the floor from the lead guard spot. He's a high IQ player who moves his feet and is a really good on-ball defender. He gets his teammates involved and is a versatile three-level scorer. He's a tough guard who doesn't back down from anyone and will provide a small-school with a winner in the backcourt.

[player_tooltip player_id='1288878' first='Cooper' last='Webb'] | SF | Liberty
The move: 84 to 63

Webb continues to slowly climb up these rankings, nearing the top 60 now. His ranking is a bit more projection than production at this point, but he's a really intriguing player with great size and length on the perimeter (6-7/6-8). He can defend multiple positions, and he shot it extremely well throughout the summer with the [program_tooltip program_id='2078380' first='Iowa' last='Mavs'].

[player_tooltip player_id='1476978' first='Camden' last='Davis'] | SF | Hudson
The move: 76 to 65

Davis is a multi-faceted player who can impact the game in a variety of ways. At 6-4/6-5, he handles it well and is a good passer with excellent court vision. He's able to post up smaller defenders and take bigger defenders off the dribble, and he's excellent on the glass on both ends of the floor. If he's able to add some consistency to his jumper, he'll leap into the top 50.

[player_tooltip player_id='1222528' first='Adam' last='Bryte'] | SG | ADM
The move: 101 to 67

Bryte has firmly established himself as one of the best pure shooters in the state, but what led to this jump up the rankings is the fact that he has improved as a playmaker and shot creator, as we saw when we watched ADM play in Winterset back in June. A sniper from the wing with good size and a pure stroke, he has improved his ball-handling and ability to shoot it off the catch.

[player_tooltip player_id='1476975' first='Jackson' last='Green'] | SG | Dallas Center-Grimes
The move: 107 to 71

Green is a really skilled shooter, especially off the dribble, who put together a strong summer with [program_tooltip program_id='2075605' first='Kingdom' last='Hoops'] and when we saw DCG play in June. He's a solid defender who moves his feet well, and he's a much better shooter than his 3-point percentage (31.0%) as a junior would lead you to believe.

[player_tooltip player_id='1476969' first='Owen' last='Schipper'] | PF | Waukee
The move: 135 to 79

Schipper is a player who didn't get much run on a loaded Waukee team last season, averaging 2.0 points and 1.7 rebounds a game, but he's an intriguing young combo forward who can stretch the floor, handle it a bit, and provide some versatility on the defensive end. He'll step into a much larger role for the Warriors as a senior, which he looks ready for.

[player_tooltip player_id='1288858' first='Marty' last='Blakey'] | SF | Kennedy
The move: 126 to 93

Blakey led Cedar Rapids Jefferson in scoring last season and has transferred to Kennedy for his senior year, where he'll provide the Cougars with some impressive athleticism on the perimeter. When he's locked in, he's a good perimeter defender who moves his feet and uses his length to contest shots. He showed off a much improved jumper at the Top 250 Expo, routinely burying 3s in a variety of ways - off the dribble, off the catch, wide-open, contested, it didn't matter. If his shooting has really improved as much as it appeared, this ranking may still be too low for him.

[player_tooltip player_id='1338777' first='Caden' last='Kettmann'] | SG | Marquette Catholic
The move: 150 to 115

Kettmann provides a ton of versatility on the defensive end, moving his feet on the perimeter and contesting shots around the rim. He has the foot speed to hold his own against smaller guards, and the toughness and physicality to bang against the bigger bodies in the paint. Offensively, he's at his best when he's playing downhill and finishing through contact or finding open teammates. He does a little bit of everything on both ends.
