Roark comes to Clay County from Williamsburg and spent the Spring and Summer playing AAU with most of his Tiger teammates so chemistry won’t be an issue. Jerrod is a strong guard who can fill it up with the ball in his hands. With more talent around him at Clay, look for him to be a good facilitator as well.
Kahnplaye was one of the leading scorers and rebounders in Kentucky last year and returns to Louisville after some time away. Expect Prince to come to DeSales and offer a good secondary ball handler next to Damone King Damone King 6’0″ | PG DeSales | 2024 State KY . Prince is a better driver than a shooter but he should open up shots for teammates with his ability to attack the rim and kick to shooters.

Dunn was known in the 11th region for his defense but will look for a bigger offensive role at Montgomery County where he should be the primary ball handler this season. MoCo is a bit of a question mark overall and Dunn will have the opportunity to show doubters that he’s more than just a defender.

Colton made the short move from North Laurel to South Laurel and is likely to be the starting point guard for the Cardinals. Rawlings is an athletic guard and capable shot maker whose best chance to play in college is to develop more as a floor general and facilitator. I think he’s got the tools to be a good point guard and could be a candidate for a breakout season.

Combs just transferred from Campbell County to Cooper last week and immediately gives the Jags a good shooter and scorer who has the physical tools to be a difference maker in the 10th region. As long as he buys into playing defense at the level Coach Sullivan wants, Jaidan could be a top 10 player in the region.
