[player_tooltip player_id='1574223' first='Calvin' last='Armstrong'] of Richfield (6'2, 2025 Guard). If you want the most obvious name to go on a list of the week, Calvin 'CJ" Armstrong gets that award. The game I watched he just had this confident look of "yeah I'm about to blow through these dudes" and Armstrong did exactly that just wearing down a path to the rim on that Hopkins floor. Defenders were in turn and stare mode as much as they were in a stance trying to do something. Armstrong has a chance to put up several 30 plus games the next two years and we are here for it!

[player_tooltip player_id='1617779' first='Marquivion' last='Beasley'] of Woodbury (5'10, 2025 point guard). Beasley is a player that fights to that space on the attack in creative ways as well as just about anybody. I think his dribble separation is tough to deal with, he is a good shooter, and he can also be an explosive scorer that can change games at times. Really love his fight and fire.

[player_tooltip player_id='1584900' first='Gage' last='Braiedy'] of Mora (6'1 Guard, 2025). Braeidy was coming down hill at everybody the entire camp. Burned into my brain is Braeidy a step inside the foul line driving hard to space to release a pull-up, a floater/runner, or a finish at the rim. Players just could not stop him one on one and especially attacking off a reversal. One of the best attacking threats to the paint at the event.

[player_tooltip player_id='1434063' first='Max' last='Buslee'] of Eagan (6'1 Shooting Guard, 2024). Do not let this young runman step into a shot or you will pay. We might be coming to a big senior year where the South Suburban has been put on notice. This spot in this article is more of a long collective ball rolling into a statement as Max is a shooter to deal with. Scored ten a game at Eagan last year and could be ready for a large roll as a senior.

[player_tooltip player_id='1437598' first='Dane' last='Danielson'] of Lakeville North (6'5 Forward, 2026). Dane was the player that nobody wanted to defend. If you didn't find him off the ball he put buckets back including a nice tip-dunk. If you feared him near the rim he shot over you. If you played him tough Dane just smiled and scored through you. Dane is a top sophomore and he showed it at the Expo.

[player_tooltip player_id='2175455' first='Hunter' last='Grussing'] of Sartell (6'5 Forward, 2024). Hunter's effort on the glass, defensively, moving the basketball, and scoring actively gave me hope for the future! He was a player that wanted to move the ball, he was a player that was focused on the win, and he was a player that I think could have a really nice season for Sartell based on the effort we saw Sunday. I recorded Hunter with 12 points and 11 rebounds in 20 running time minutes.
