SEPA Recruiting News:
James Brenner James Brenner 6'7" | SG Unionville | 2026 State PA – 6’5″ / 2026 / Unionville / East Coast Power / Wing: Brenner is a versatile wing who posted a monster summer grassroots circuit. This fall and winter he will be one of the most frequently scouted 2026s in the region. Brenner just took an unofficial visit to Lafayette. He already holds an offer from Bryant University.
Chase Coleman Chase Coleman 6'2" | PG Rocktop Academy | 2024 PA – 6’2″ / 2024 / Southern Coastal Academy (FL) / NY Rens EYBL / Combo Guard: Last season Coleman (18 ppg.) was a starter on Plymouth Whitemarsh’s 2022-23 District 1-6A championship team. He is now attending prep school in Florida and Jacksonville State University just sent an offer his way.
Timmy Dennis Timmy Dennis 6'8" | PF Episcopal Academy | 2026 State PA – 6’6” / 2026 / Episcopal Academy / East Coast Power / Small Forward: In July and August, Dennis proved that he is becoming one of the best stretch-4 prospects in SEPA’s Class of 2026. This week he took an unofficial visit to Lafayette College. We believe that trip will be the one of many visits for Dennis this fall / winter.
Justin DiRoberto Justin DiRoberto 6'2" | PG Central Bucks East | 2024 State PA – 6’2″ / 2024 / CB East / Total Skills / Combo Guard: DiRoberto is a multi-skilled and high IQ backcourt prospects who has been flying under the radar for too long. He just received his first offer from McDaniel College (D3), and we expect more are on the horizon.
Moses Hipps – 6’4″ / 2024 / McEachern (GA) / Team Final EYBL / Combo Guard: The former Archbishop Carroll star will be back in the area this weekend as he takes an official visit to Drexel. In his first season playing for Georgia powerhouse McEachern, Hipps averaged 17 points per contest.
Oben Mokonchu Oben Mokonchu 6'6" | C Spring Ford | 2026 State PA – 6’4″ / 2026 / Spring Ford / East Coast Power / Small Forward: This past summer Mokonchu’s offensive skills displayed significant improvement, so we predict this sophomore will be a major contributor for SF this fall / winter. This week Mokonchu took an unofficial visit to Lafayette College.
Owen Schlager Owen Schlager 6'3" | CG Trinity | 2025 State PA – 6’3″ / 2025 / Trinity / Philly Pride UAA / Combo Guard: Recruiting for one of the top 2025 scoring guards in the region is gaining momentum. Recently Bucknell and Loyola (MD) have expressed interest in Schlager. He already has offers from offers from Quinnipiac and Albany.
Connor Taddei – 6’3” / 2024 / Pennsbury / Philly Revolution / Wing: This versatile prospect averaged 16.5 ppg. at June’s Philly HS Live event. This week Taddei took a visit to D3 contender Albright College. He already holds an offer from York College (D3).
Kareem Thomas – 6’5” / 2024 / Salesianum (DE) / We R1 / Shooting Guard: Thomas is one of the most athletic and feared scoring guards in Delaware. In June he posted several 20+ point at Philly HS Live by getting to the rim and draining threes. Those performances caught the attention of college coaches. He already holds an offer from Navy and recentlytook an official visit to Dartmouth.
SEPA Recent Commitments:
Will Marion – 6’1” / 2024 / Abington Heights / NEPA Elite / Point Guard: For yearsMarion has been recognized as one of the top floor generals in the region. His ability to control the tempo of a game is extremely impressive. As a nice bonus, Marion can score at all three levels. He recently announced via social media that he has verbally committed to the University of Scranton (D3).
Josh Reed Josh Reed 6'3" | CG Archbishop Wood | 2024 State PA – 6’4” / 2024 / Archbishop Wood / Philly Revolution / Combo Guard: Last weekend, Reed took an official visit to the Drexel campus. That visit must have gone well because he shortly after it was over, Reed gave his verbal commitment to Drexel. The Dragons are getting an incredible athlete who can score at every level.
Ma’Kye Taylor Ma’Kye Taylor 6'7" | PF Imhotep Charter | 2024 State PA – 6’7” / 2024 / Imhotep Charter / Team Final EYBL / Wing: A week ago, Taylor (2nd Team All-Public League; 5A state champ) narrowed his list to three schools: Albany, Fairfield, and Towson. This morning via his social media accounts Taylor announced that had committed to Albany. The Great Danes are getting a fantastic athlete who can score on transition scorer, operate in pick-n-roll, and hit from behind the arc.
