PH SC Top 250 Expo: Team 11 Evaluations

He has good vision and made some nice passes to set up his teammates. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>#767 [player_tooltip player_id='2175541' first='Franklin' last='Benjamin Jr.'] (Northwood Academy) - Franklin showcased his quick first step on multiple occasions. He was effective in beating his defender off the dribble but also had a good handle in tight spaces. Benjamin Jr. even made some nice plays on the defensive end. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>#774 Zion Grant (Baldwin HS (GA)) - Zion was an important backcourt defender on Team 11. He has a great mid-range game and is solid from behind the arc too. Hershberger also has a good handle and likes to finish at the rim in transition.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>#839 Marcelo Fludd (Cane Bay HS) - Fludd had some very acrobatic finishes in North Charleston. He can do it with his right hand or left hand and around bigger defenders. Marcelo showed a good understanding of time and space in the paint and was impressive with the ball in his hands.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>#841 [player_tooltip player_id='2175555' first='Perry' last='Taylor'] (Lucy Beckham HS) - Perry was primarily a perimeter shooter for Team 11. He moved off the ball well to keep the balance of the offense and had a consistent stroke. Taylor also had a couple of flashes cutting off the ball and converted an And-One opportunity. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>#843 [player_tooltip player_id='1714849' first='Damani' last='White'] (West Ashley HS) - [player_tooltip player_id='1714849' first='Damani' last='White'] had a very impressive showing at the Prep Hoops SC Top 250 Expo. White is extremely fast with the ball in his hands and is a premier playmaker. He has good vision, passing, and ball handling, and even showed an ability to create his own basket. At 6'5", Noah has good size and strength. He was a dominant rebounder on both ends of the floor and had some strong finishes in pick-and-roll sets. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
