Beginning Saturday, college coaches, scouts and fans need to watch these players and learn their names.

That way no one will be shocked when these ballers make headlines during the 2023-24 high school season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2226426' first='Ethan' last='Benne'] – 6'6″ / 2024 / Penn Manor / [program_tooltip program_id='2078684' first='LA' last='Elit3'] / Small Forward: This Millersville University (D3) commit has flown under the radar for too long. Benne can score or distribute off the dribble and shoot threes. He can also convert through contact in the open court. Last year he poured in 33 points as well as the game winner against Manheim Township. After last season, Benne was a Lancaster-Lebanon Section 1 All-Star selection. We expect Benne to debut in our 2024 rankings next month.

[player_tooltip player_id='2197741' first='Tygee' last='Clark'] – 5'10” / 2026 / Cardinal O'Hara / RKH / Combo Guard: Clark is a shifty and creative dribble drive phenom who can score and facilitate for teammates off the bounce. His use of hesitations and change of direction moves is extraordinary. Clark can go right or left to score via a lay-in. He can also attack the paint, then slam on the brakes and pull up for a mid-range jumper. Clark thrives on the fast break too.

[player_tooltip player_id='2226432' first='Jaden' last='Flournoy'] – 6'0” / 2024 / Abington / [program_tooltip program_id='2078709' first='Team' last='Final'] Black / Shooting Guard: Flournoy is an athletic, fast, and agile guard who impresses you with his ability to glide down the court for transition buckets. He can splash jumpers from all over the floor too. Flournoy is an underrated off the dribble scorer as well. At the other end of the court his speed and quick hands make Flournoy a menacing on-ball defender.

[player_tooltip player_id='2247339' first='Christian' last='Matos'] – 6'3″ / 2026 / Methacton / [program_tooltip program_id='2078678' first='East' last='Coast Power'] / Point Guard: After a monster summer circuit that included a 32-point performance at HG Summer Finale, Matos is a prospect to watch this fall. With size, speed and finishing skills, Matos excels in transition. In the half-court he can score at all three levels. Additionally, Matos has displayed the handles, instincts and passing skills to run as a point guard for stretches.

[player_tooltip player_id='2227000' first='Calvin' last='Smith'] – 6'3” / 2025 / Devon Prep / PA Hoops Academy / Shooting Guard: Smith previously was a starter at Harriton. There he was three-point ace who was the recipient of frequent double teams. Unfortunately, that defensive strategy often limited Smith's production. Now, that he is at a high-profile PCL program and is surrounded by extremely talented teammates, we expect Smith to post a breakout fall / winter. In addition to splashing triples, Smith can put the ball on the deck to create for himself and teammates.
