Nwigwe plays with a lot of control in his game and does not force anything. His long frame allows him to wrap around defenders to get easy steals. He can even defend the paint and block shots at the rim because of his long arms and athleticism. Nwigwe can shoot the three well with his high release point. He will look to size a defender up before looking to hit the pull-up three in front of them.
Santiago is an excellent shooting guard that can impact a game in many different ways. His shooting ability is great as he has crafty dribble moves and a strong handle of the ball to create space behind the arc to hit the three. Contests do very little to his shot and likes to come off of off-ball screens for catch-and-shoot shots. On defense Santiago will look to put pressure on you with and without the basketball. He can shoot the passing lanes very quickly and is not afraid to try and block jump shots.
Avent plays that stretch three or four position for his team and can create lots of driving lanes for his teammates because of his shooting ability. His shot is automatic off of catch-and-shoot shots and likes to get them within the flow of an offense. Avent likes the corner shots and is lethal on pick-n-pops. He blocks shots like a center in the paint because he is a tall 6’6″. He will challenge players looking to test him at the rim and can stand tall with anyone in the paint.
Highlights
Burnam can play all five positions and play them well making him just a complete basketball player. He can shoot the three ball as good as anyone especially when left open on catch-and-shoot shots. Burnam will come off of off-ball screens to get his shots and will extend his range throughout a game if he starts to make a couple from downtown. He is very aggressive on defense and looks to apply pressure and follow his assignment the moment the ball is tipped. His ability to block shots and chase down players off the backboard make him a nightmare for other teams to prepare for.
Edgecomb is a versatile player that not only can play all positions but also defend all of them well. His shooting ability is smooth as the lefty looks to square up catch-and-shoot shots whenever he can. He can hit tough fading away threes with his favorite areas being in the corners. On defense Edgecomb will pick you up full-court and follow you throughout an entire game. He gets lots of steals by helping with traps in the corners or using his excellent reactions to poke the ball free.
