The way too early Pre-Season Rankings are here and when we watch Fall Ball they will change or they might stay the same. There are two team up top that will be hard to knock off but anything can happen in high school ball.

1. AMERICAN FORK

AF had a strong core coming back with [player_tooltip player_id='1057050' first='Tiger' last='Cuff'] who is a surgical lead guard and [player_tooltip player_id='1538434' first='Blake' last='Rawson'] an absolute monster in the paint. Those two were going to be a handful along with a few guards coming back and getting healthy but then a few players moved into the area and that really set them apart a bit. The first one was [player_tooltip player_id='1057025' first='Diego' last='Mulford'] who is a big time shooter that defenders have to chase around and not let him get open looks, he really changed things for AF as a shooter that is ready to catch and hit. Size wise they also add another big that has versatility and had a great summer in [player_tooltip player_id='1115954' first='Reece' last='Dent'] and his impact will really be felt as he can work inside and out. AF will be tough and they will be able to hurt teams inside and out.

2. CORNER CANYON

Corner Canyon could easily be the #1 team with the talent they have and the players they have developing and coming in. It starts with [player_tooltip player_id='1056969' first='Brody' last='Kozlowski'] the big fella plays the right way and he will be a double-double machine. He can really spread the floor but do damage in the post. He will be a matchup nightmare for anyone. He is a zone buster too, so teams will have to pick their poison. [player_tooltip player_id='1877115' first='Taylor' last='Feroah'] might be a big piece in the success when it comes to returning players because the kid can shoot and he has size. [player_tooltip player_id='1278437' first='Tyler' last='Mortensen'] is developing nicely and will be a weapon. [player_tooltip player_id='1190621' first='Noah' last='Bendinger'] has moved into the boundary and will be a big time shooter for the team and [player_tooltip player_id='1190620' first='Bryton' last='Valdes'] is another player that moved in and will help at the PG position. This team is dangerous and we will see what they got as they play a packed schedule.

3. LONE PEAK

Lone Peak has size with a few bigs and the one that is really taking his game to the next level is Chamberlin Burgess. When he is roaming and playing fee he is tuff, tuff. [player_tooltip player_id='1146663' first='Ike' last='Staley'] can shoot the rock and he is a strong wing that can do work inside too. They will have a shootr all around and they also have a move in [player_tooltip player_id='1579163' first='Austin' last='Simon'] who will be a big time addition to their backcourt.

4. LEHI

Lehi has two really good guards in [player_tooltip player_id='1164729' first='Easton' last='Hawkins'] who shot the lights out this Spring/Summer and [player_tooltip player_id='1057037' first='Cooper' last='Lewis'] who is a heady PG that knows how to play the right way and he is just deadly with the ball in his hands. Bryson Bromely can shoot the ball as well and they will give teams trouble with their discipline on both ends. [player_tooltip player_id='1168376' first='Grayson' last='Brousseau'] is good and although he is a sure D1 football kid he is going to be a handful for anyone to defend because of his strength and shot making ability.

5. HERRIMAN

The Mustangs have a team that is built to compete against anyone and any style. Smart young PG in [player_tooltip player_id='1278442' first='Carlo' last='Mulford'] that has the skills and IQ. [player_tooltip player_id='1115963' first='Ike' last='Palmer'] is a big guard that can shoot but big and strong in the post. [player_tooltip player_id='1384539' first='Malcom' last='Johnson'] has size at the wing and can be used in many ways. You also have [player_tooltip player_id='1369726' first='Cale' last='Barclay'] who is stronger and bigger that can hold down other bigs. Very interesting team that could jump out right off the bat and surprise everyone.

6. FARMINGTON

Farmington could be a sleeper as they have [player_tooltip player_id='1853979' first='Jayden' last='Haskell'] who was really good this Spring and Summer along with [player_tooltip player_id='1568150' first='Nick' last='Harris'] who is another guard that had a gret Spring and Summer. Those guards could really go off and then you add [player_tooltip player_id='1057024' first='Paul' last='Beattie'] who has size and strength and the skill to score the ball and defend at a high level. You can even switch 1-5 with Paul. Farmington might make a run.

7. DAVIS

8. LAYTON

Layton will be a team led by two guards that could be hard to stop. [player_tooltip player_id='1057041' first='KJ' last='Miller'] is a big time shooter and scorer and [player_tooltip player_id='1057040' first='Mekhi' last='Martin'] running the PG position will be a tough cover as well. These two might be able to just light up the scoreboard. [player_tooltip player_id='1568152' first='Sam' last='Romer'] is a promising prospect that is developing out there that could take a leap this year.

9. BINGHAM

The Miners will be.a tough out as they play a style that is done by committee with players coming in and hitting the ground running. [player_tooltip player_id='1146657' first='Jason' last='Peterson'] is a good wing and [player_tooltip player_id='1278436' first='Luke' last='West'] is great on the ball. [player_tooltip player_id='1115964' first='Stockton' last='Tueller'] is a streaky player and they do have some size with [player_tooltip player_id='1391448' first='Rykan' last='Meadows']. This team will be uptempo and could speed teams up and just run some out of the gym.

10. RIVERTON

Riverton could be higher as they have a team that will likely have players averaging 6 PPG across the board. Christian Henninger is a big boy and will take a up a lot of space in the paint. He is moving better and if they can mix up zone and man they will keep teams off balance. [player_tooltip player_id='1115950' first='Zach' last='Edwards'] had a great showing last year and could take a big jump this year.

The way too early Pre-Season Rankings are here and when we watch Fall Ball they will change or they might stay the same. There are two team up top that will be hard to knock off but anything can happen in high school ball.
