Kimbrough had the look of a high quality guard. He played like a young man that you can trust with the ball in his hands. Kimbrough did a nice job using the pass to move the ball and keep the defense rotating. His passes were very efficient and effective at the showcase.
Highlights
Lake had a solid day at the David Barns Showcase. His ability to pass played a big part in his success. Lake especially stood out when it came to feeding the post. He was very comfortable going over top of his defender with the pass and feeding his teammate at the chest.
Speiser sent a message about his game loud and clear on Saturday. He really did everything well, but for the sake of the article we’ll focus on his passing. Speiser was able to play a 2 man game with post players and feed them at the right time and with accuracy. His best post feed was when he hit BJ Walker BJ Walker 6’2″ | PF Zeeland East | 2025 State MI over top allowing him to finish with a pretty up and under.

Drew Davis
Davis is a very skilled and athletic player from Florida. On Saturday, it was his passing that really stood out. He was willing and able to get the ball to teammates when they had a look at the rim. Davis had excellent court vision and was able to pass the ball up the floor to control pace and get some easy buckets.
Dakarai Rogers
Dakarai Rogers
Rogers drew some attention to his game at the showcase that’s for sure. He was slippery with the ball and tough for defenders to stay in front of. This helped him create for himself and his teammates. Rogers was just a good playmaker all around, including with his passing.
Bentley is flat out a team first winner. The young man plays to win and it doesn’t matter to him who gets the stat lines. Bentley will get the ball to an open teammate every time he can. He did just that at the David Barns Showcase.
Yanez made a statement with his passing abilities at the David Barns Showcase, He made a couple passes that made eyes go big at the event. Yanez was able to slice through the defense with the pass and showed the ability to hit small spaces with accuracy.
