Take a look at our Top 2025 Illinois Wings!
Phoenix Gill Phoenix Gill 6'3" | SG St. Ignatius | 2025 State #72 Nation IL (St. Ignatius)
Current Ranking: #1
Gill sits at the top spot of the 2025 class in a very close race for #1. Gill came on very strong at the end of his sophomore campaign helping St. Ignatius reach the final four and he was without question their best player in Champaign. In June he was fantastic. The thing we like about Gill is that he impacts the game in so many ways. His frame has filled out which has allowed him to play with more strength and it has taken his athleticism to new heights. Offensively he is a good shooter from both two and three particularly off the bounce. Also really like how well he passes as a connector in the flow of an offense. Slippery driver with creative handles being able to take what the defense gives him for scores. Defensively he can guard 1 through 3 at this stage of his development. Overall he just checks a ton of boxes that you are looking for in a high-major prospect.
Antonio Munoz Antonio Munoz 6'6" | SF Whitney Young | 2025 State #194 Nation IL (Whitney Young)
Current Ranking: #3
Munoz is a high-motor and super athletic small forward that can play small ball four as well in certain situations. Offensively he is best playing off his physical tools of strength and athleticism in the open floor for high flying dunks. Munoz also is quick to the offensive glass for put backs and rebounds overall well for his position. Defensively when locked in he can be a handful including chasing down blocks in the open floor.
Al Brooks Al Brooks 6'6" | SF Rich Township | 2025 State #239 Nation IL Jr (Hansberry)
Current Ranking: #5
Brooks is a super athletic small forward that emerged in a major way as a sophomore at Hansberry putting up stellar numbers. We were looking forward to seeing if it was for real during the circuit and he definitely showcased that he has the ability to be a mid-major player. He has size, skill, and athleticism. He plays very hard in stretches where you will see him rack up a ton of points in transition, getting steals, and is an explosive offensive rebounder. Actually an outstanding passer as well. Defensively he takes chances, but often they turn into steals or blocks. The area that will take his game to the next level is developing more consistency with his jump shot.
Terrence Smith Terrence Smith 6'5" | SF West Aurora | 2025 State #299 Nation IL (West Aurora)
Current Ranking: #7
Smith was in the top 10, then dropped out after a just ok sophomore campaign, and regained that spot with a massive showing for his high school team in June. Looked every bit of a mid-major prospect with his long arms and broad shoulders along with ELITE athleticism. Threw down some of the nastiest dunks of the June live periods. We liked his motor that he played with and how he intended to let everyone know he was the best player on the floor. Got to the rim at will, but actually was much improved as a shooter from distance. Defensively he covers so much ground with his lateral quickness and is a good shot blocker for a wing.
Ian Miletic Ian Miletic 6'5" | SF Rolling Meadows | 2025 State IL (Rolling Meadows)
Current Ranking: #11
Miletic is a point-forward with tremendous positional size. First and foremost his passing is his biggest strength. At his size to be able to pass the way he does is phenomenal slicing up defenses on the regular for dimes in the half court and in transition. In June he showed the jumper is a plus weapon as well including hitting seven against Kenwood at the Riverside Brookfield tournament.
