has absolutely lit up the courts while on the Big Shots circuit this summer. The WV Reign point guard has given defenses fits with his willingness to get into the lane and create scoring opportunities for himself or teammates. Also, a tough defender under coach Nuzum who demands superior effort on the defensive end. Ashton’s size does not hamper his game in any way, and he understands how to use it to his advantage.

while not a household name yet in WV will be on college coaches’ radar soon. His length and athleticism have been on full display this summer with the Reign and coaches have started to notice. Coaches’ attraction to McGee should be the fact his ceiling is very high and likely far from hitting his peak athleticism. Potential while a dangerous word when definitely applies here.
