Today we scoured the Pennsylvania Class of 2026 rankings to reveal six players who used the spring grassroots circuit and the June live period to increase their recruiting stock.
Below are six southeastern Pennsylvania 2026 stock risers you need to keep an eye on during the summer grassroots circuit and beyond.
29 to 2… Kingston Wheatley Kingston Wheatley 6'6" | PF West Catholic | 2026 State PA – 6’7″ / West Catholic / Team Final E15 / Power Forward: Wheatley skyrocketed into the Top 2 of our 2026 rankings after a solid April and then killing it a Philly HS Live in June. He is an astonishing athlete with extreme versatility. In the half-court, he can score at all three levels. He also thrives in transition. Plus, Wheatley is a beast on the offensive glass. On defense Wheatley’s length, speed and non-stop motor enable him guard 3 through 5, swat shots and grab every rebound. Wheatley is only 15 years old, so his upside is ridiculous.
183 to 19… Latief Lorenzano-White Latief Lorenzano-White 6'4" | SG Imhotep Charter | 2026 State PA – 6’4″ / John Bartram / NJ Scholars Elite / Shooting Guard: Lorenzano-White is along and athletic prospect with hops who is a known transition phenom. So, it was the emergence of his half-court game over the last three months that produced his epic rise in our 2026 rankings. Lorenzano-White’s ability to slash to the rim for an alley-oop or a catch and lay-in has improved drastically. His dribble-drive skills took a significant step forward as well. Lorenzano-White has even flashed a mid-range jumper of late. If he continues to progress, he will be scary good very soon.
61 to 22… Luca Foster Luca Foster 6'5" | SF Archbishop Carroll | 2026 State PA – 6’4″ / Archbishop Carroll / K-Low Elite / Shooting Guard: With the Class of 2026 taking the helm at Carroll, Foster has elevated his game to meet the daunting challenge. In April he was a straight bucket getter, scoring the ball efficiently at three levels. He was a standout performer at Philly HS Live as well where he solidified his reputation as one of the most accurate 2026 long range shooters in the region. In addition to scoring at that event, he displayed menacing on-ball defense and rebounded well.
49 to 30… Mani Sajid Mani Sajid 6'3" | SG Plymouth Whitemarsh | 2026 State PA – 6’3″ / Plymouth Whitemarsh / Penn Warriors / Shooting Guard: Speaking of long-range shooters…Sajid is already one of the most lethal 3-ball aces in southeastern PA. With his logo range, quick trigger and textbook mechanics, defenders need to start guarding Sajid at half-court. Still, it was the development of his ball handling and finishing at the rim skills that moved Sajid up the latest rankings. Combine those added skills with his speed and instincts and Sajid is now a major transition threat.
110 to 64… Timmy Dennis Timmy Dennis 6'8" | PF Episcopal Academy | 2026 State PA – 6’6” / Episcopal Academy / East Coast Power / Small Forward: Dennis has developed into one of the most intriguing stretch-4 prospects in the rising sophomore class. He owns tremendous length and a sweet 3-point stroke. That means he can shoot over defenders or even double teams. Dennis’s high basketball IQ and frequent off ball movement make him difficult to guard on the perimeter. He can also dive to the rim and score over smaller opponents. Dennis will also occasionally get points via quick post ups.
182 to 169… Uthaymin Laws Uthaymin Laws 6'0" | CG Academy Of Palumbo | 2026 State PA – 5’11” / Academy of Palumbo / BW Elite / Combo Guard: This speedy guard with elusive handles has always been a transition phenom. We first noticed the drastic improvement in his half-court skill set at the Post & Pivots event in early June. That upward trend then continued at Philly HS Live. At those events Laws did a fantastic job of directing team sets, making well timed passes and creating off the dribble for himself and teammates. His drive and kick skills were on full display as well. A jump shot that must be respected is now part of Laws game too.
