With his high school career hanging in the balance, Lorenzano-White put together a clutch two-way performance to ensure he would live to see another day in an Imhotep uniform. The senior swingman delivered 13 points, equaling a team-high, making a series of key plays on both ends of the floor. He was effective spacing out to the perimeter as a 3-point shooter off the catch, setting up opportunities to showcase his first step getting downhill and explosive athleticism as a finisher at the rim. His steal and dunk to take the lead back for the Panthers late in the fourth quarter was arguably the biggest momentum swing of the game. The southpaw continues to track as a key building block for Drexel with his two-way ability on the wing.

Named MVP for the Black Team. Latief is a prospect that a college program is going to keep close tabs on this year’s Imhotep team. The active southpaw continues to show that he can be a versatile utility player but takes advantage of the opportunities to shine, scoring and getting to the rim, outworking opponents and displaying athleticism, and proving to do what is needed/make the extra hustle plays for his team. Impressive showing and expect him to catch more eye this summer and the coming season.

Always a high-level athlete with an elite motor and nose for the ball, Lorenzano-White has elevated himself this spring by showing off a shooting stroke that he’s been gradually refining for years now. Having shifted and stabilized his shot pocket, the southpaw now sports a smooth and confident high release that carries over comfortably to a slew of offensive actions. His added dimension as a floor-spacer went a long way towards earning him his first D1 offer when NC A&T came calling last week. Look for more low and mid-majors to jump in the mix if he’s able to get loose from the arc in the June live periods.

Thanks to a drastically improved shooting stroke, this lefty has been one of most talked about prospects on the spring 2025 grassroots circuit. The coaching staff at North Carolina A&T liked what they saw from Lorenzano-White in April and May because they just sent an offer his way. Complimenting Lorenzano-White’s accurate 3-point shooting is a polished, slasher wing skill set.

This lefty has been a standout at several HGSL events including this past weekend’s War at the Shore. The first item that has jumped out this spring about Lorenzano-White is his improved perimeter shooting. Sporting a refined stroke, Lorenzano-White has proven at events like the PW Spring League and the HG Spring Showdown that he is now a legitimate 3-point threat. Lorenzano-White has also displayed improved handles which have enabled him to create off the dribble for himself and teammates. When you combine these developments with the slasher wing skill set that Lorenzano-White already owned, you get a well-round and extraordinarily athletic prospect who college coaches should be texting immediately.

With Philly Pride taking on the NJ Shoreshots in a hardfought early preview of the upcoming Under Armour circuit, it was the play of Lorenzano-White that proved to be the difference as Pride emerged with the narrow win. Typically known for his slashing, the southpaw wing showed his expanding perimeter skillset while knocking down at least four 3s, showing a simplified stroke and a clear increase in confidence. After getting going right away off the bench, Lorenzano-White made his customary impact with his explosive leaping and relentless motor, finishing a handful of plays above the rim and coming over in help situations to impact opponents’ shots at the rim. One of the hardest-playing and most athletic wings in the regions, the Public League champion will surely see an increased flurry of recruitment if he can carry his shooting consistency over to next month’s live periods.
