Today we scoured the Pennsylvania Class of 2026 rankings to reveal five players who because of reclassification or their impressive play during the April and then June live periods are appearing in our 2026 rankings for the first time.
Below is a review of five southeastern Pennsylvania prospects who made their 2026 rankings debut in our latest update.
#12… Josiah Hutson Josiah Hutson 5'9" | PG Cheltenham | 2026 State PA – 5’9” / Cristo Rey / Hunting Park Warriors / Point Guard: This former 1st Team All-Ches-Mont League selection makes his 2026 rankings debut after transferring from Cheltenham to Cristo Rey and reclassing. Hutson is a primary ball handler with a scorer’s mind set. He possesses tremendous quickness and creative handles that enable Hutson to get to the cup at will. His jumper is automatic from multiple spots on the floor, but pull-up threes are his specialty (multiple games of 4+ 3PM). In 2022-23 Hutson posted 14 points and 3.5 assists per game.
#33… Tobe Nwobu, Jr. Tobe Nwobu, Jr. 6'1" | PG Academy of the New Church | 2026 State PA – 6’2″ / Academy of New Church / Shoreshots Rio / Point Guard: Nwobu is another 2026 making his first appearance in our rankings after a transfer. In 2022-23 Nwobu played at Camden Catholic (NJ) where he averaged 17.7 points per game and knocked home 65 threes on the season. However, Academy of New Church is adding a player who can do more than just lace triples. Nwobu also owns a lightning quick first step which he uses to blow past defenders for mid-range buckets and lay-ins. On the rare occasion where the help defense cuts him off, Nwobu’s excellent court vision will locate the open teammate and then he will deliver a dime.
#40… Torrey Brooks Torrey Brooks 5'11" | PG Neumann-Goretti | 2026 State PA Jr. – 5’10″ / Neumann-Goretti / Team Final E15 / Point Guard: Brooks transferred to Neumann-Goretti from League Bound Academy (NJ) and immediately impressed us in June at Philly HS Live. Brooks is a fast and shifty lead guard with slick handles who rarely commits a turnover. He uses those dribbling skills to create opportunities for himself and for teammates. In 2022-23 Brooks averaged 17 points, 9.4 assists and 3 rebound per game. Last Season Brooks also registered seven games of 20+ points.
#86… Ian Walker Ian Walker 6'6" | C Archbishop Ryan | 2026 State PA – 6’6″ / Archbishop Ryan / Team Final Black / Power Forward: A long and powerful athlete, Walker is also a road clearing offensive tackle for AR’s football team. That football physicality is obvious in his traditional power forward game. Walker is a dominant rebounder at both ends. On offense he can convert on those second chance opportunities through significant contact. Plus, Walker can post up and then score over defenders around the rim with either hand. He has flashed the ability to operate in pick-n-roll.
#128… Kasey Fleming Kasey Fleming 6'3" | SG George | 2026 State PA – 6’3″ / George School / Philly Revolution / Shooting Guard: In late May Fleming announced that he was departing LaSalle CHS, transferring to the George School and reclassing into the 2026 graduation year. Last season Fleming started seventeen games for LaSalle, so GS is getting a 2026 prospect with significant varsity experience. In 202-23 he averaged 6 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists per night. Fleming is a spot up three-point ace. When a defender attempts to lock him down, Fleming uses a smooth head-n-ball fake and a side dribble to find space. Fleming is a solid transition finisher too.
