U.S Open Day 1 Standouts

Ike missed a lot of the season with an injury but has been coming on now and at a good time. He was solid against TTO EYBL as they lost a tough one at the end by one and he was so good against Martin Bros. This kid has size and he is thick. That fact that he can grab and go really left an impression. He is able to handle the ball and with a. team that really spreads the floor he gets a lot of opportunities to drive the lanes and even duck in and get some post catches. With so many offers you can see what next level coaches see in this kid as he can score all over the floor. He resembles a heavy weight boxer that can go the distance because he just keeps that motor on and weight to pounce on you when you put your guard down. He has a decent perimeter game. But he is a big time pick and pop prospect that has a some size. He pulls out bigs that usually do not play out in the perimeter. He is tough in the paint and his activity on both ends of the glass are really something. He has some strength and he keeps his vision up, he was being hounded by a tough defender but he found ways to get loose. Impressive young PG that will only get better in all aspects of his duties as a PG.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
