A pure three -evel scorer, Duncan looks at his defenders as if he’s doing cone drills. He might be asked at the next level to be just a pure knockdown shooter from the 3pt area; which he is perfectly capable of, but don’t get it twisted, Duncan finished his senior year as one of the most dangerous scorers in New England.
With the athlete that Chike Ndefo Chike Ndefo 6’7″ | PF Vermont Academy | 2024 State #232 Nation New E is, it was hard to narrow down his player comparison to just one player. With that being said, do you remember the Memphis and Toronto days of Rudy Gay? Where he would just casually be scoring 20-25 points a night, would mix in a few posters in there but just nobody would be paying attention to it? Well Ndefo’s offensive game pretty much personifies that. He looks to get down hill first always, but you take that away he can still hurt you from mid-range and the three-point line. What Gay didn’t do that Ndefo does is play a pivotal role in the defensive end too. His quick feet around the perimeter will halt your best guard, and his shot blocking ability is among the best in the class, which is where I bring the Jarace Walker comparison for the defensive end. All criminally underrated, all elite athletes on the hardwood
The difference between the 3-level scorers that have been mentioned in these 6-10 rankings and Jay Jones Jay Jones 6’4″ | SG Cushing Academy | 2025 State #235 Nation New E is that Jones is the most undersized of the bunch. Make no mistake about it though, Jones is a pure hooper. He can rise up over any opposing guard from 3, and scores in bunches. We don’t hear about him, but he will torch the opposition in the scoring department, much like Brooklyn Nets guard Cam Thomas. We saw Thomas really breakout this year when given the opportunity; Jones can see much of the same if he finds the right fit at the collegiate level.
