Prep Hoops was in the house for both days of on court action. Here we examine it in JT Elite Camp: 2025 and 2026 Prospects!
Cooper Flagg (Montverde, FL – 2025)
The top prospect in the 2025 class has already been labeled as one of the next phenoms of basketball. He has all the tools you could ask for in a young power forward. Size, skill, athleticism, and two way ability along with an extremely high IQ. One of the things that caught my attention was how everything he did all week he wanted to be the best at. He even carries himself like a pro already as a rising junior. The skill level here is just so high with his shot making from all over the floor and ability to get his shot off from anywhere he wants. Won in one on one situations over and over crossing defenders and putting opponents in position where he could take advantage of them. Scored going right or left and with either hand at the rim. Covers so much ground with his long strides. Lived up to the billing on the defensive end as well with his shot blocking coming from the weakside and on recovers coming out of nowhere several times.
Caleb Wilson (Holy Innocents, GA – 2025)
The other 2025 prospect in attendance was Wilson who is a top 5 prospect in his own respect. Face up four that has a long and lanky frame with ridiculous skill! He is an effective spot up shooter that has range to three with ease. Fluid athlete that can handle it extremely well for his size and once he adds more strength will be an even tougher cover along with being impactful on the defensive end. The ceiling is unlimited for this kid!
AJ Dybantsa (Prolific Prep, CA – 2026)
This was my first look at the much hyped sophomore in person and he definitely looks the part. At 6’7” with a strong frame and the ability to completely dominate both physically and athletically against anyone on the floor even when they are elite players it was truly impressive. Out of this world explosive athlete getting downhill for dunks, euro steps, snake dribbles, and sweeping finishes. Showed flashes as a shooter especially on day two banging in some threes. The consistency with his shot is the only thing holding him back from becoming an unguardable weapon! Really liked the competitiveness that he plays with as well wanting to win every game.
Tyran Stokes (Prolific Prep, CA – 2026)
Stokes was the other much talked about rising sophomore who also was an impactful player going up two age levels at the 17U division for Vegas Elite. Despite being one of the youngest players at the camp he has a strength advantage on several of his older counterparts with a thick frame along with a super skilled game. Was a bit up and down the first day before showing why he more than belonged on day 2 of the event. Got to the rim for some ferocious dunks as well as showing off his shot making from three with a smooth stroke. Rebounds well for his position.
