The Hard Work Region Finals paired together some of the best 16U teams that I have had a chance of scouting this AAU season. Below are just five players that stood out to me on Saturday morning because of their personal performances, for their perspective programs. Thanks for tuning in and enjoy!

[player_tooltip player_id='2406308' first='Leul' last='Samuel'] - 2025 - PG - [program_tooltip program_id='2075685' first='Minnesota' last='Select'] 2025 Meitz

[player_tooltip player_id='2406308' first='Leul' last='Samuel'] is a smaller point guard, with a fundamental game and showing glimpses of some really good skill moves at times. Samuel had all of his offensive weapons on display Saturday morning in his teams narrow loss. He shot the ball well from deep on rotation, showed incredible touch on his floater, and made the most of his opportunities. This game was a barn burner that went down to the last second. Honestly, the entire game was back and forth right from the tip. Definitely an exciting one to watch to start the day.

Carter Patti - 2025 - PG - [program_tooltip program_id='2075258' first='ABC' last='Young Lions'] 2025 White

Carter Patti may of had the best individual game that I had a chance of seeing so far for this tournament. Patti controlled his teams pace of play, knock down shot after shot from deep, and created for others off of the dribble on a consistent basis in his teams victory on Saturday Morning. He showed that he is a shifty PG, with big potential when he has the ball in his hands. Throughout the first day and a half of this tournament, I would add Patti to one of the best overall point guards I've had the opportunity of watching thus far. We will just have to see if he can take this momentum and keep it up.

Callen Gebhardt - 2025 - PG - Colorado Titans 2025 Gold

Callen Gebhardt and company put on quite the game this morning against a very good [program_tooltip program_id='2076027' first='Wisconsin' last='Blizzard'] 2025 squad. Gebhardt is a fast twitch point guard, who loves to break down his opponent off of the dribble. The biggest key to his game maybe his conditioning. Gebhardt played most of the minutes in his teams victory and never seemed to slow down. Even when he was going 1000 MPH, he was still in control of himself with a great feel for the ball. I will be around to watch this team play again before the weekend is over. They showed a lot of promise the first time I watched them, I wonder if they can build on it from there.

Isaac Tollefson - 2025 - SG - [program_tooltip program_id='2075685' first='Minnesota' last='Select'] 2025 Krona

Isaac Tollefsen showed me today that he has a lot of promise on the basketball court. Tollefsen is a shifty guard, with an efficient first step and nice jump shot. He moves fluidly with the ball in his hands and is very good at finding holes in the defense, when attacking his opponents. The only comment I would make is that once his consistency heats up, he is going to be lights out. All the fundamentals are there and he works hard on the floor, things just need to fall a little more. Once that starts happening, good luck defenses.

[player_tooltip player_id='1484016' first='Brady' last='Wooley'] - 2025 - SF - Howard Pulley/Team Tyus EYBL 2025

[player_tooltip player_id='1484016' first='Brady' last='Wooley'] is a D1 caliber type-of-player. He has great size with a picture perfect shooting stroke. In the game of his that I watched this morning, Wooley showed that he could be a real problem at the next level with his mixture of size and athleticism. He moves off of the ball well and showed something special in almost every other play when he is out there. Including two MONSTROUS dunks, and a couple of pull-ups from mid-range where his elevation was next level. This is my first time seeing this 2025 EYBL team compete and let me tell you, they can play. They ran with 6 guys today, all above 6'2, and won by 10 points against a very good shooting team. Every competitor on this team has a chance to be a D1 player at the end of their high school careers, it just depends if they work on the right things moving forward.
